A Call of Duty: Warzone 2 player has managed to hit an unbelievable sniper shot from over 1,300 meters. Any player of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 would be frustrated to be hit with a shot like this, but at the same time, the level of skill needs to be respected.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 continues to receive regular updates from developer Infinity Ward, with Season 3 of the game now in full swing. While the new season brought with it problems of its own, Infinity Ward has generally been good at fixing them soon after they pop up. With plenty of new content for players to enjoy, Season 3 has been a success so far. Even franchise veterans are coming back to play, after the long-awaited return of the Intervention from 2009's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

The clip was posted to Reddit by user Virtual_Projectile, in which they display either a mastery of the game's bullet drop, or one of the luckiest shots in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 history. It's unclear exactly which category this one falls under. Either way, it's extremely impressive killing the enemy instantly. While another Call of Duty: Warzone 2 player has been busy getting long-range drill charge kills, Virtual_Projectile opts for a more traditional approach to killing opponents at a distance. The result is incredibly satisfying to watch.

Players in the thread were of course massively impressed by the shot, with one user pointing out the irony of the enemy being called "Bulletmagnet27." Some were just confused about how the player even managed to see the enemy at such a difference, never mind actually landing the shot itself. The hit is from such a distance that the original poster wonders in the post title if it's a world-record long-range kill in Call of Duty: Warzone 2. It has some competition for sure. If it doesn't hold the record, it likely comes extremely close.

It will be interesting to see how the future of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 plays out. Infinity Ward is yet to comment on Season 4 of the game, but it is expected to begin in mid-June when Season 3 is scheduled to finish. Some of the playlist updates in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 have upset fans as of late, so hopefully the developer looks to ensure as many fans are pleased with the updates as possible. As the month of May progresses, it will likely become more clear what the future of the game holds for players.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
