A trailer has been released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's three new maps, which consist of a remaster and new variants for Skidrow and Terminal. The new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Das Haus map will be added on March 6 with the Season 2 Reloaded update and the new variants will be added on Mach 27 with the Vortex: Decay’s Realm event.

Call of Duty's Season 2 Reloaded patch adds plenty of other features to Modern Warfare 3's Multiplayer, including the modes Bounty and Juggermosh. Beginning on March 13, Juggermosh sees users battle in Juggernaut suits from a third-person perspective for the entirety of a match. The mode is part of Call of Duty's collaboration with Warhammer 40K and implements Space Marine Juggernaut suits and a new melee weapon, the Chainsword. And those aren't the only features that players can look forward to in Season 2 Reloaded.

A player in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 completes 56 contracts in a single match in the Zombies mode with the help of teammates.

Call of Duty's Twitter account posted a 48-second trailer for its new Das Haus remaster, Skidrow variant, and Terminal variant. Fans who played Call of Duty: Vanguard probably remember Das Haus for its small size and hectic, entertaining gameplay. This time around though, the map features a modernized look and takes place in a construction site on top of a skyscraper. Despite the visual changes, its layout seems to be mostly the same. The trailer also shows off Skidgrow and Airborne, which are variants of Skidrow and Terminal. It seems that the new map variants are only playable in Season 2 Reloaded's new Vortex: Decay's Realm playlist, initially at least.

Modern Warfare 3's New Maps in Season 2 Reloaded

  • Remastered Das Haus
  • Variant of Skidrow called Skidgrow
  • Variant of Terminal called Airborne

Skidgrow adds an abandoned, overgrown look to the classic Modern Warfare 2 (2009) map. The new variant seems to feature some slightly redesigned cover in certain areas, but for the most part, its layout is identical to the original. The same goes for Airborne, layout-wise; however, the new Terminal variant gets a major makeover by covering the map in what is apparently an alien infestation. Now, the entire airport is swamped in spores with gooey slime falling from the ceiling in many areas.

Season 2 Reloaded also finally adds new content to Modern Warfare 3's Zombies. On March 6, users can play a new story mission, fight a new Warlord specialist, and partake in a new Dark Aether rift.

Warzone gets new features as well with Season 2 Reloaded. The major update adds a new POI to Fortune's Keep called the Research Vessel. Interestingly, the large ship stays on the move for the first two minutes of every match before it anchors. On March 6, Warzone also adds the Bunker Buster killstreak and PDS field upgrade.
