Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has laid out its plans for Season 1 Reloaded, which include another collaboration with The Boys, bringing two more characters from the show into the game. Midway through its first season, which introduced two new 6v6 maps, Meat and Greece, in December, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has been one of the more well received multiplayer suites of recent years with its improved movement and classic Modern Warfare 2 (2009) maps.

Known for initiating high-profile collaborations in recent years, Call of Duty struck up a crossover with Amazon's The Boys TV series last year as part of Season 4 of Modern Warfare 2. The collab added three of The Boys' most popular antiheroes in Homelander, Black Noir, and Starlight via purchasable operator bundles available in the in-game shop. Additionally, the crossover added temporary Temp-V Field Upgrades to Call of Duty: Warzone, which let players run rampant with superpowers such as Laser Vision, Electric Shockwave, and more.

Now, as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 details its first mid-season Reloaded update, The Boys is confirmed to make its return with a new limited time mode and event. Joining Homelander, Starlight, and Black Noir in Call of Duty is A-Train and Firecracker, both as part of new operator bundles. Both bundles will include two weapon blueprints in A-Train's "Fast AF" SMG and "Turbocharged" assault rifle, and Firecracker's "Fellow Patriot" LMG and "Smoking Gun" assault rifle, among other smaller items. Additionally, the Homelander, Starlight, and Black Noir bundles will all return to Call of Duty's in-game store.

Fans of The Boys will also be able to take their favorite antiheroes into an exciting new limited-time game mode called Supe Siege. A superpowered version of Kill Confirmed, instead of tags, players drop Temp-V pickups when killed, which grant the user some of the show's iconic superpowers. It's likely that players will gain access to the same four powers offered up during last year's Temp-V crossover, but it's unknown if new ones have been added for the arrival of A-Train and Firecracker. The return of The Boys also comes with a new set of six challenges for players to work towards. Completing all six will reward players with the "The Boys Special" LMG, which packs a 150 round drum of incendiary ammo.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's Season 1 Reloaded is set to roll out next week on January 17. As Season 1 starts to wrap up over the next several weeks, Call of Duty fans should keep an eye out for any updates regarding Modern Warfare 3's second season, which could very well include even more interesting crossovers.
