Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 players can now use the Snoop Dogg finishing move with other operators, which can produce some rather hilarious results. The animation recently launched operator bundle which marked the second Call of Duty collaboration with Snoop Dogg in the last 9 months, following up on the famous rapper's appearance in Call of Duty Mobile from December 2022.

The Snoop Dogg operator bundle for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was originally released on August 7, but numerous player reports claimed that the containing finisher was only available to characters donning the accompanying skin. While some fans reacted to that turn of events with disappointment, others speculated that the inability to equip other operators with Snoop Dogg's finishing move was a bug.

It would appear that theory was correct, as multiple players later claimed that the finisher became usable by other operators within days of the bundle's debut. One such report came from Reddit user SKyku, who shared a brief gameplay clip showing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's Graves performing Snoop Dogg's finishing move. Given how the animation itself depicts a carefree dance that leads up to a stab in the back, seeing it used by someone other than Snoop Dogg—and as poker-faced as Graves—looks hilariously out of place, to say the least.

This particular application of the jovial finisher also stands in stark contrast to Graves's own finishing move, which is to strangle the enemy with a crowbar in a maximally dramatic manner. The fact that Graves maintains his blank face expression even while doing Snoop Dogg's stab dance just adds to deadpan hilarity of seeing him perform this newly released finisher.

While Activision hasn't clarified for how long the Snoop Dogg operator bundle will be available, Modern Warfare 2 players will presumably be able to purchase it until at least early fall. That assumption is based on the company's existing track record with celebrity collaborations, as Activision historically offered such special edition bundles on a seasonal basis. The newly started Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 5 is expected to run until early October.

The Snoop Dogg operator bundle reached the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 remake mere months before the game's sequel is set to release on November 10. However, Activision had already confirmed that the recently announced Modern Warfare 3 will allow players to transfer the majority of their previously unlocked cosmetics from Modern Warfare 2, including weapon skins and operators.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
