The Renetti has been around for a while now, first debuting in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. With a series of buffs to the weapon, which not only increased its max range but also the damage, it has quickly become one of the best weapons in Modern Warfare 3. Firstly, there is the JAK Ferocity Carbine Kit, which is one of the best conversion kits in the game, as it turns the Renetti into an absolute powerhouse. With it equipped, the Renetti is no longer a pistol but instead a full-blown SMG. In order to unlock it, players will need to reach level 21 with the Renetti. Once that's done, players will have to get 30 kills with the gun with all five attachment slots filled. With a slight hit to the movement, sprint and ADS speed, players will be able to use the full-auto capabilities of the JAK Ferocity Carbine Kit.

With this build, players will be aiming for a fast-paced setup which will allow them to swiftly take down enemies. The ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider improves the recoil control at the cost of range, but considering it is designed for close-range combat, the latter isn't that crucial. The Bruen Onslaught Assault Grip improves the recoil control even further.

When it comes to the magazine, it comes down to preference, but, the 30-Round Mag is by far the best choice, as it offers the perfect balance between ammo capacity and speed reduction. That being said, the 50-Round Drum shouldn't do too bad for this loadout as well. Last but not least, for the Optic, there are quite a few good options. The Slate Reflector is a good choice with its range and accuracy buff, but players can also opt for the Nydar Model 2023.

In regards to Tactical equipment, the Flash Grenade will pave the way for all high-action combat. To complement that, players should use the Semtex as their Lethal. With the Renetti, the Munitions Box is going to be a very useful Field Upgrade. The Commando Gloves allow gamers to reload while sprinting, which will be a huge boost for the nature of this setup. Both the Lightweight Boots and Stalker boots are good options, as they further improve mobility. Lastly, the Bone Conduction Headset is another crucial item required for this setup, as it will allow players to adapt by being aware of nearby threats much more efficiently.
