Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3 is set to kick off later this week, and as usual, this means a massive content drop for the game. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3 will be adding all kinds of new maps, weapons, and more to the popular first-person shooter game, including four new Operators that players can use. Headlining the new batch of Operators coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is none other than Modern Warfare's Captain Price.

Captain Price has long been one of the most popular Call of Duty characters, having a central role in the original Modern Warfare trilogy as well as the 2019 Modern Warfare reboot. Captain Price is already a playable Operator in the Call of Duty: Warzone battle royale, but this new version of the character is considered a separate entity as it's based on how Captain Price looked in 1984.

To get Captain Price in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3, all players have to do is own a copy of the game and log in after the update later this week on April 22. Doing this will unlock the 1984 version of Captain Price for use in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's various multiplayer modes, as well as in Call of Duty: Warzone. There is no need to purchase the Season Pass to unlock Captain Price, though the same can't be said for the other new Operators.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3 launch week will also see the release of the new character Wraith, who is a Perseus agent that players will unlock at Tier 0 in the Battle Pass. Those who manage to complete the entire Battle Pass and make it Tier 100 will unlock a Legendary Wraith Operator Skin.

Wraith isn't the only Perseus agent that will be added to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3. Wraith is joined by the new character named Roman "Knight" Gray, who will be making his debut at some point during Season 3. And finally, Antonov is the fourth new playable Operator coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3. Like Gray, he will be added to the game at some point during Season 3, and both will be available to purchase through bundles in the in-game store.

Besides new playable Operators, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3 also means new weapons, new multiplayer maps, and a lot more for fans to look forward to.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
