A famous Call of Duty: Warzone glitch has resurfaced, as player reports of enemies hiding in the gas become more common. Call of Duty: Warzone fans dubbed the error the "unlimited stim pack" glitch, and many players have learned to exploit this for an easy win. Originally, the developer had patched the error, but now it seems that someone found a way around the fix.

In Call of Duty: Warzone, the gas is a balancing factor, as it drives players into contained battlefields. Rather than having the map open throughout the entire match, the gas continues to restrict player environments and forces them into closer encounters. Players who spend too much time in the gas will eventually die as they succumb to growing damage.

The Call of Duty: Warzone glitch was documented by WhatTheChef on Reddit. In the video, they are spectating a player who is within the zone. Two players are immediately taken down and die fairly, only to have the spectator cam shift to a player who is running through the field and spamming a stim pack. The player's health continues to drop as they are within the gas, but as they continue to stim pack, they can maintain their life despite the damage. Players immediately recognized this tactic as the infamous unlimited stim glitch from October.

Players in the comments point out that this glitch has only resurfaced recently. Many Call of Duty: Warzone players have noticed cheaters getting wins with 0 kills on the board and over ten thousand damage taken in the round. The only way this is possible is through the exploitation of the unlimited stim pack glitch, which is against the game's policy.

This Call of Duty: Warzone exploit was discovered in October and quickly gained notoriety. Raven Software quickly resolved the problem, but it seems that the Season 1 update and merger have undone its work and caused the glitch to resurface once again.

This is only one of many Call of Duty: Warzone bugs that have appeared since the update. From attack helicopters making players invisible to the weakness of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War weapons, players are continuing to track technical issues throughout the game. While the developers are sure to make many adjustments, fans are now hoping that Treyarch will be just as swift with a patch as Raven Software had been in the past.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
