Players immediately recognized this tactic as the infamous unlimited stim glitch from October.

Many Call of Duty: Warzone players have noticed cheaters getting wins with 0 kills on the board and over ten thousand damage taken in the round. The only way this is possible is through the exploitation of the unlimited stim pack glitch, which is against the game's policy.
