In the wake of some new lore discoveries in Destiny 2, players have been given a look at how the vanguard leader Zavala keeps his wits about him through the never ending fight against the Darkness. While players have always known about Zavala's love of knitting and crochet, the new Fourth Horseman Exotic Quest has let players in on his secret that the titan is a fan of pumping irons to spirited workout music.

Along with this revelation, Bungie has released a new soundtrack including Zavala's favorite workout music along with inspirational quotes from Destiny 2's own crucible handler, Shaxx. Releasing in a number of different languages, players can visit the destinygame YouTube channel to find a series of tunes to keep players pumped in the Crucible.

The tune itself sounds like a standard workout mix, the kind that one might expect to find playing in the background of an Insanity training video. However, periodically, Shaxx will shout some of his more uplifting lines that skilled players would recognize from the Crucible whenever the tide of battle turns in their favor. Maybe this will even get players excited to compete in the Crucible again, as Trials of Osiris begins to lose favor with some of the previously dedicated players of the high challenge game mode.

As mentioned before, the Shaxxercise song has been released in a number of different languages, offering players from across the world the opportunity to listen to Shaxx shout encouragement at them in their preferred tongue. However, this isn't the first time the company has released videos in multiple languages, as many trailers including the Fourth Horseman trailer have been simulcast in multiple languages before. In that case, Bungie has been consistently attentive to the needs of multilingual fans from all across the world who might be interested in the news coming out for Destiny 2 as it breaks.

Getting access to Zavala's office and having a glimpse of the stoic leader's personality has certainly deepened the sometimes brushed over lore of Bungie. If that's the case, then checking the grimoire over again could be a quality idea for lore hunters, especially if it gives us a chance to hear Ikora's reading playlist in the future. Either that or some long lost music player full of illegal music with a C-6 embossed on the side to give players some jams for gunslinging across the Solar System.

Destiny 2 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
