  • Whether Lesnar will be removed from the upcoming WWE 2K24 game remains uncertain.

Mobile game WWE SuperCard has seemingly removed Brock Lesnar from its roster. WWE SuperCard is a digital card game that was first released in 2014, developed by Cat Daddy Games and published by 2K. Despite being a decade old, WWE SuperCard still receives regular support, with recent updates adding CM Punk to the roster and kicking off Season 10 for the game.

WWE SuperCard features a huge variety of WWE wrestlers past and present that users can add to their collection. Former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar has been featured in WWE SuperCard since the very first season, and in fact, there are multiple variations of Lesnar that have been added to the game over the years. In the wake of recent allegations that have implicated Lesnar, it seems his cards have been removed and rendered unusable.

Publisher 2K and developer Visual Concepts pull back the curtain on WWE 2K24, revealing various gameplay improvements, key game modes, and more.

As reported by VGC, WWE SuperCard players have claimed that Brock Lesnar's cards have been quietly removed from the game. An official explanation has not been provided, but the most likely scenario is that Lesnar's removal is a result of him being implicated in the recent Vince McMahon lawsuit accusing the former WWE boss of sex trafficking, among other crimes. The lawsuit does not explicitly use Brock Lesnar's name, but it's alleged that a sexual encounter with plaintiff Janel Grant was part of his contract negotiations. A Wall Street Journal report added that Lesnar allegedly requested a video of Grant urinating after getting her number from McMahon.

Will Brock Lesnar Be Removed from WWE 2K24?

As a result of the allegations, WWE has clearly started to move away from featuring Lesnar on its programming. Reports have indicated that Lesnar was supposed to be a part of the latest Royal Rumble event, but was pulled in the wake of the lawsuit. And now that Lesnar has reportedly been removed from WWE SuperCard, one has to wonder if he will be pulled from the WWE 2K24 roster as well.

At the time of this writing, Brock Lesnar's status in WWE 2K24 remains a mystery. It's possible that Lesnar will still be part of the game's roster when WWE 2K24 launches in March, but it's also entirely plausible he will be removed from the upcoming WWE game entirely. If that happens, one has to imagine that 2K will also be making changes to WWE 2K24's 40 Years of WrestleMania Edition.

Unfortunately for 2K, Lesnar is featured prominently on the cover of WWE 2K24's 40 Years of WrestleMania Edition. This seems to suggest that Lesnar may even be featured in the game's Showcase mode, but that has not been confirmed.
