There are 24 Jobs in Bravely Default 2, and out of these 24, only 21 can be unlocked in the main story. The Gambler and Salve-Maker Jobs are locked behind side content, while the Bravebearer Job requires a little more work.

Like most RPGs, Bravely Default 2 doesn't shy away from having multiple endings. With a total of 7 chapters and 5 of those being a part of the main story, players will need to pursue chapter 6 and chapter 7 if they want the 24th Job. In short, this means paving the way to the True Ending.

Spoilers for Bravely Default 2.Players will need to beat the game first in order to get Bravely Default 2's True Ending. To do this, they need to beat Edna, and then a character will be sacrificed.

After the credits, reload a save file before the final boss. The main character will have memories of the fight with Edna despite it not yet happening. Players will be shown a series of flashbacks that points them in the direction of the final Asterisk.

It's revealed Sir Sloan had the Bravebearer Asterisk, which broke in the battle. So, make way to Sir Sloan's grave in the Valley of Sighs. Players will then be thrown into a fight against Sir Sloan.

Some other recommended Jobs are the White Mage and Vanguard. However, players will absolutely want to have Phantom (Job) + Ranger (SubJob) for paralyzing and Bard (or Freelancer) for buffing. Having a White Mage for healing isn't bad to include either.

Defeating Sloan will finally unlock Bravebearer. This Job has an S-rank in all stats, except for Critical Chance, a B rank in all weapons, and an A rank in Shields.

Bravely Default 2 is available now on Nintendo Switch and PC.
