Following Bravely Default 2's full release, the soundtracks will be made available on Spotify for fans to listen to on the go.

Not to be confused with Bravely Second: End Layer, Bravely Default 2 released last month to positive receptions from fans. The original game, on the other hand, has gone down to be known as one of the best JRPGs of all time, earning a cult following of fans from the genre, especially in Japan. The music of Bravely Default was composed by Revo, who was inspired by the music of Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, and the SaGa games and decided to go with a nostalgic feel for the game. Revo returned to compose Bravely Default 2's music as well.

Though Bravely Second's soundtrack was already previously made available on Spotify, fans of the music of the other Bravely Default games can listen to albums on the free music app starting on March 31.

The OST for each game is quite lengthy. Bravely Default's soundtrack consists of 46 songs while Bravely Default 2's contains 62 songs. End Layer also contains 45 songs, meaning that, altogether, the soundtrack could be great for long study sessions or atmospheric background music for Dungeons and Dragons games.

When not composing Square Enix's music, Revo is a member of the Japanese "fantasy band" Sound Horizon, whose members RIKKI and Joelle have also contributed to the Final Fantasy series' soundtracks. RIKKI is best known for performing the theme song for Final Fantasy 10 while Joelle contributed to Bravely Default's vocals and several tracks on Final Fantasy 13-2's OST.

Bravely Default 2 is out now for the Nintendo Switch.
