Himawari Uzumaki was absolutely splendid in action, and she actually went on to surpass all the expectations that fans had of her.

The true strength of the Shinju is revealed in Boruto. Hidari and Jura take center stage.

At the same time, fans also got to see quite a lot of other exciting things, such as Sarah and Hidari engaging in both combat and conversation, and of course, Boruto Uzumaki making his move as well. All things considered, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11 was an exciting addition that set up an even more exciting encounter for the next chapter.

Himawari's Kurama Powers Unlocked

Himawari Unleashed The Full Power Of Kurama

The majority of the fans were excited to see what Himawari would be showcasing in the latest chapter of Boruto, and it is safe to say that at least in this department, the author certainly delivered very well. Kishimoto and Ikemoto are behind the Boruto series, and they know how to handle the powers of Kurama very well. Of course, Himawari could not have been made incredibly overpowered right from the get-go, but she couldn't have been made to look weak in front of Jura either. There needed to be a right balance between the two and it feels as if that balance was struck perfectly in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11. Fans got to see a lot of exciting things in the chapter, such as Himawari tapping into Kurama's power and showcasing higher affinity than even Naruto. It must be noted that Himawari is a Perfect Jinchuriki right now, which means that her level of control over Kurama's powers is much higher than that of a kid Naruto.

However, himawari's talent and high affinity alone cannot make her strong and there needs to be a gradual process for her to mature and control this power better. Himawari was able to bring out the very best of her powers in the previous chapter, even going as far as producing a powerful tailed beast ball. This bomb was matched by Jura's very own, and fans saw them engaging in hand-to-hand combat shortly after. Himawari was able to overwhelm him in terms of hand-to-hand combat at first, but it didn't take fans long to figure out that Jura was actually holding back. In fact, it can even be said that Jura was holding back even after going serious.

Clearly, fans need to keep in mind that nothing had ever made Jura go serious up until this point. This is the very first time that he felt the need to release a bit more of his power, and as soon as he did that, the script was flipped completely and Himawari was overwhelmed. She couldn't keep up with his magnificent powers, and even Kurama simply went ahead and admitted defeat. He knew that Himawari had very high potential, but high potential alone is not enough to defeat an enemy like that, at least at this point in time.

That said, even when Himawari was being overwhelmed, fans got to see quite a lot of exciting things from her, specifically her regeneration powers. Himawari's regeneration ability seems to be greater than that of Naruto Uzumaki. She was able to heal Inojin’s life-threatening injury within an instant as if he was never even hurt. Of course, she could also heal all of her own injuries quickly, but fans know that this is something that Naruto could do as well. Where Himawari excels is healing others at an incredibly fast rate as well. Clearly, she has incredible potential and in the future, she will go on to become a very formidable threat, as was shown in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11.

Hidari Showcases His Frightening Abilities

Hidari Defeated Sarada, Konohamaru, And Sumire At The Same Time

Meanwhile, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11 also showcased Hidari and Sarada engaging in combat. Sarada was able to land a powerful Chidori on Hidari, and while this move was quite strong and should have killed a normal person, Hidari could regenerate immediately. Sarada tried questioning him about his identity, but he was not interested in answering them. He is the one who wants to do the asking as he is looking for answers surrounding his own personality and why his body craves Sarada. That is precisely when he was able to easily get rid of Sarada in combat, and using a simple move of the Claw Marks, he tapped her and completely electrocuted her, removing her from the battle immediately.

Himawari's potential might far exceed that of her own father, Naruto. She is the ultimate Jinchuriki in Boruto.

Fans also love to see Konohamaru jump in combat, and while he was strong and could sustain pressure from Hidari for a short while, he too fell victim to him. None were able to hold Hidari back, and Sumire, who was just standing there, was immediately taken out as well. Hidari was completely dominant in this battle and he showcased that he was on an entirely different level when compared to everyone else. He then started to consume Sarada using his wood-like appendages. He wants to absorb all of her and consume her, so that he might find the answer to what his instinct is telling him. Hidari knows that his instinct wants him to consume Sarada and only then he will find out who he is, what his purpose is, and what he will gain from consuming her.

Of course, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11 was not going to be complete without Boruto Uzumaki being in it. Fans got a brief moment of Boruto in the chapter, but it was certainly one of the major highlights. While Kawaki and Delta were flying towards Himawari to save her, Boruto blazed past them and moments before Himawari was about to die, he saved her and teleported using the Flying Rajin Jutsu once again. He then teleported nearby to where Hidari was consuming Sarada, and sliced his wood appendages with his sword. He then proceeded to grab Sarada and take her to safety. Now, at this point, it will be interesting to see how he deals with this problem as Boruto continues.

Fans need to keep in mind that both of the Shinju are incredibly powerful and no matter what Boruto does, he cannot defeat them alone. This suggests that a collaboration effort might be seen shortly in the upcoming Boruto chapters, but fans will simply have to sit back and see what way the author wants to deal with this predicament in the upcoming chapter, later this month.

For now, what fans can be content with is yet another Boruto fight being set up, and as always, he is going to take center stage in the next chapter, shortly after his sister did the same, while Sarada disappointed once again.

Boruto is available to read via Viz Media. The series can be read by the fans officially and for free on the Shonen Jump and the Manga Plus app. The release date for the next chapter of Boruto, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 12, is set to be July 20, 2024.
