Sarada Uchiha is one of the main characters in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Being the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura, it is easy to see why Sarada is beloved among fans and why fans take so much interest in her character. On top of everything, Sarada is the heroine of the series and, as such, is extremely important to the overarching plot of Boruto.

Although she has not received the attention that she deserves lately, the last few chapters of Boruto have put her under the spotlight. Specifically, Boruto chapter 80 ensured that Sarada received a major power-up as she managed to unlock her Mangekyo Sharingan. As fans know, with the Mangekyo Sharingan come new abilities and Sarada's eyes will certainly have very interesting powers.

The Power Of Amaterasu

amaterasu

One of the abilities that Sarada might most certainly possess is the power of Amaterasu. Looking back at when Sasuke awakened his Mangekyo Sharingan, it was quite easy for the fans to see that this power was actually possessed by his brother before him. Itachi Uchiha was the original user of the Amaterasu. This technique later also awakened in Sasuke Uchiha, likely due to the shared blood between the brothers. While that doesn't necessarily mean that Sarada will also awaken the Amaterasu, the fact that she shares blood with Sasuke certainly increases the chances, as has been seen already. It is also a very iconic technique when it comes to the Uchiha and given that Sarada has excellent control over the powers of Fire Release, Amaterasu would certainly be a great technique for her.

This is further backed up by the sun pattern Mangekyo Sharingan that she possesses. The flames of Amaterasu are known to be inextinguishable black flames that burn hotter than the sun itself. If Sarada has a sun pattern Sharingan, chances are that her ocular powers will have to do with the flames of the sun as well. When Sarada returns from the 4-year time skip, fans shouldn't be surprised to see her use this power of Amaterasu as she will probably have mastered the skill in that amount of time.

The Power Of The Susanoo

Susanoo Naruto

With every Mangekyo Sharingan comes the ultimate power, known as the Susanoo. The Susanoo was introduced by Itachi Uchiha during his fight against his brother, Sasuke Uchiha, as his ultimate trump card. As the fans know already, the Susanoo allows the user to construct a giant humanoid made entirely out of the user's chakra that can act on their behalf. The Susanoo can both attack as well as defend and possesses tremendous capabilities. Manifesting the Susanoo takes quite a toll on the user's body, however, only those with advanced mastery over the Sharingan can progress this power.

The Susanoo often starts as a skeletal structure and then grows into more of a humanoid battle avatar. Given that Sarada has now awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan, it is beyond any doubt that she will awaken the Susanoo as well. Her Susanoo is probably going to be maroon in color, as is her go-to battle attire as well. The abilities of this Susanoo, however, remain unknown at the moment. What fans know for sure is that Sarada will be able to incorporate the powers of Amaterasu with it, provided that she manages to awaken those. The Susanoo almost always wields a weapon as well and, in both Sasuke and Itachi's case, it came with massive swords. As such, it can be expected of Sarada's Susanoo to also have a sword at its disposal, which would give her another weapon in combat.

The Powers Of Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan

Madara's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan

The natural power up after the Mangekyo Sharingan for an Uchiha is the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. This power is usually sought when the user of the Sharingan starts losing their eyesight due to the overuse of the Mangekyo Sharingan and the strain caused by it. However, not everyone requires an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan to be at their strongest. There are some users who have managed to circumvent this drawback of the Mangekyo Sharingan and extract the full power of this eye, such as Obito Uchiha. In the case of Obito Uchiha, he did not have the powers of the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, yet, he did not face the drawbacks of blindness or pain at all. This is down to the fact that half of his body was made with the cells of Hashirama Senju. They increased his chakra reserves and, at the same time, they also gave him a drastic regenerative factor and this helped him avoid the drawbacks of the Mangekyo Sharingan entirely.

In the case of Sarada Uchiha, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan can only be awakened if she takes her father's eyes. Needless to say, that is not going to happen in the story. However, just like Obito, Sarada of that can bypass the drawbacks of the Mangekyo Sharingan and that is where her mother's training comes in. Sarada is adept at using medical ninjutsu as well. If she trains under her mother for the 4 years of the timeskip, she can, perhaps, learn to master the power of the Byakugou seal as well.

Given that she masters it, Sarada will have an incredibly powerful regenerative factor and that would mean that any damage that she takes in battle, even dangerous injuries, can be reversed within a matter of seconds. Any damage that her eyes will cause will be healed within a matter of seconds and Sarada will feel absolutely no pain while using her Mangekyo Sharingan. Even if she overuses her eyes, she's not going to go blind or feel the immense pain that Sasuke did. As such, it should be almost a guarantee for her to not attain the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, and to reach a similar power level by using another Jutsu.
