The Book of Boba Fett has been a tiny bit divisive among fans of the ever-present Star Wars franchise. Granted, the opinions slung around by the more vocal viewers haven't exactly been quite as vitriolic and toxic as those seen around the release of Rian Johnson's excellent The Last Jedi. But there's still some lively discourse there that's worth addressing.

The thing is, much of the dissenting words died down for a time following the release of The Book of Boba Fett's extremely well-received 5th episode. Aptly titled "Return of the Mandalorian," this particular chapter seemed to disregard all the storytelling that took place during the first 4 chapters in favor of a particularly potent nostalgia trip, essentially turning into a full episode of fellow Disney Plus series The Mandalorian. Targeting fans of pretty much every possible era of Star Wars, episode 5 saw the return of fan-favorite characters, droids, weapons, and even ships in its rose-colored journey down memory lane.

So it should come as no surprise that Star Wars as a franchise would know all too well the popularity of this entry. The official Star Wars Twitter account decided to add some garnish to the episode with some pretty new The Book of Boba Fett character posters featuring the returning favorites most prominently seen in episode 5. Naturally, Pedro Pascal's Din Djarin (the titular Mandalorian) gets yet another poster. He could probably get his own collectible card game at this rate.

What sets this one apart from his other similar artworks is the presence of the Darksaber, an ancient Mandalorian lightsaber said to give its wielder the right to rule the Mandalorian people. Episode 5 saw Din attempt to learn how to wield the Darksaber properly, before essentially being exiled from his Mandalorian brethren for straying from their traditions. The Mandalorian Armorer who exiled him, played by Emily Swallow, gets her own poster as well, brandishing her beskar blacksmithing tools that pull double duty as hard-hitting weapons.

The posters also include Amy Sedaris as Tatooine mechanic Peli Motto, who won over fans in the original Mandalorian series when she repaired Din's ship with a healthy amount of snark. In episode 5 of The Book of Boba Fett, she finds herself back in Din's life as she offers him a salvaged N-1 starfighter to replace his destroyed Razor Crest ship. The two of them work together to restore the fighter, turning it into a fast new vehicle for his arsenal. Her poster includes several of her helper droids, including her new BD unit, which spent the episode charming fans of Jedi: Fallen Order.

It's tough to say where The Book of Boba Fett will go from here. The show's stars, including Boba Fett actor Temuera Morrison, have teased big surprises on the way. So odds are fans can look forward to more excitement in the near future. But for now, maybe these totally wizard posters are enough to slake that thirst.

The Book of Boba Fett airs new episodes Wednesdays on Disney Plus.
