While there are many great Bob's Burgers episodes about Linda, these two are significant since they show more of Linda's life before and after marrying Bob and having her three children. This fan theory has persisted. Redditor @dennisRenaulds mentioned the theory in another thread and wrote, "Some people theorize she may be the Pesto children's mother due to their physical similarities and shared elusiveness so maybe they plan to explore that at some point?"
In 2022, when interviewed by ScreenRant before the much anticipated Bob's Burgers movie, Loren Bouchard mentioned fans wanting to see Ginger. He talked about the subject at WonderCon and explained that if he can cast the perfect actor as Ginger, then the character could be the focal point of an episode. Bouchard said.
"We tease it out and then we're like, 'Okay, we'll do a Ginger episode, but you will never see her.' It's going to be Waiting for Guffman or whatever. It's going to be the back of her head at the end of the episode, gotcha! I think it's partly casting, right? If you find the right person and the right story, at the right time, then it's like, 'Alright, here's Ginger.'"
Until that happens, it looks like Bob's Burgers fans will continue to be curious about who Ginger really is.
