5 Coyote Starrk
Coyote Starrk is one of the most interesting members of the Espada, seeming like a pretty lazy and down-to-earth Arrancar before showing just how gigantic and imposing this character's power really is. His clash with Shunsui Kyoraku is a great battle that shows just how powerful the 1st Division Captain really is.
His partnership with Lilynette Gingerbuck made him seem like a sympathetic character, and this character was actually born from his own being to make up for his loneliness. After all, as a Hollow, Coyote Starrk was so powerful that any Hollow who was unlucky enough to even be in his vicinity died instantly. Given how long Coyote was a Hollow, the sheer number of entities that would've died by his presence must've been quite high.
4 Genryusai Yamamoto
One of the most powerful Shinigami of all time, Yamamoto was active for several years and used his flames to completely obliterate anything and everything that would threaten Soul Society's safety, Given how easily his flames would vaporize the strongest fighters around, it's easy to assume that Yamamoto's kill count would be pretty high indeed.
In fact, the name of his move itself is a hint showing just how many people he's killed with his Shikai and Bankai. Zanka no Tachi, Minami: Kaka Jumanokushi Daisojin is a move that translates to Great Fire Burial Ranks of the Ten Trillion Dead Fires, implying that Yamamoto has killed upwards of ten trillion people with his flames! While the actual number may be way lower than that, it's still a testament to just how many people Yamamoto has mowed down during his lengthy and fulfilling life.
3 Retsu Unohana

Retsu Unohana seemed like a pretty mild-mannered Shinigami who specialized in the ways of healing and saving lives. So, finding out that she was the previous owner of the Kenpachi name was pretty jarring and showed just how brutal she really was in the early days.
It's easy to assume that Unohana had killed several people in the past before encountering a young Zaraki. The fight with him fuelled her bloodlust, leading her to finally give the title of Kenpachi to this boy and adopt a calmer and more dignified attitude.
2 Yhwach
The Father of the Quincy is the main antagonist of the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, and his savage takedown of Yamamoto was easily one of the most shocking moments in the series. Suffice it to say, what Yhwach has shown till now is only a taste of his power, and it's only a matter of time before viewers get to see this villain's true power.
The main reason why Yhwach makes this list is that he is capable of using Auswahlen, an ability that takes away the power of all Quincy. This ability can be used on a mass scale, which is precisely what Yhwach did to expedite the process of his awakening. This led to the entirety of the Quincy line being annihilated and Uryu being the sole survivor.
1 Mayuri Kurotsuchi
Mayuri is one of the most twisted Shinigami in Bleach by a country mile. Despite being with the good guys, Mayuri's creepiness and penchant for questionable experimentation have turned him into one of the biggest anti-heroes in Bleach.
No fan of the series believes that Mayuri's experiments have always been fruitful, meaning that there are several times when his experimentation on live subjects has led to their lives being snuffed out. Given how many years Mayuri has been experimenting, it's easy to say that the sheer number of subjects who died under his "care" is quite astronomical.
