How to Complete the Malpractice Millionaire Challenge
In order to complete the Malpractice Millionaire Challenge, players need to complete the following tasks.
- Be born as a female in Los Angeles
- Survive 3+ botched procedures
- Win a malpractice lawsuit

- Marry a millionaire
How to Be Born a Female in Los Angeles
Players need to start a new game with a female character to start this challenge. Select the United States as the country and choose Los Angeles as your city.
Survive 3+ Botched Procedures
Make sure to earn enough wealth and resources throughout early life so that your character can afford plastic surgery. Once your character turns 18, the Plastic Surgery option becomes available under Activities. Undergo a plastic surgery procedure. To increase the risk of botched procedures, seek out doctors with lower reputations.
Get through these surgeries until your character has undergone three botched procedures. Avoid taking these procedures simultaneously; instead, wait to recover from the complications of the first procedure and then go for the second one. To reduce the chances of severe complications, look for procedures with minimal risk.
Win a Malpractice Lawsuit
Once players have undergone botched procedures, they can sue the doctor. Players can sue all the doctors through the Activities section. Hire a more expensive lawyer with a higher reputation for better chances of winning a lawsuit.

The next task is to read the Book. Head to Activities, choose Mind and Body, and click on the book titled "Strong Looks Better Naked." Simply go through each page until it is finished to complete this task.
Marry a Millionaire
The last task of this challenge is to marry a millionaire. In order to do so, access the in-game Dating App and look for a millionaire. Find someone with over a million net worth and marry them to complete this challenge.
