1 Arrows Of Salving

A Handy Long-Distance Cure

Spells that cure poison might be limited to certain classes or scrolls, but the Arrow of Salving can be used by any character armed with a bow or crossbow. They don't even have to be proficient in the weapon to use it, but that makes it a lot more likely they won't miss.

The Arrow of Salving is a Rare quality item, as opposed to most special arrows that are Uncommon, which is one reason players are less likely to pick them up from random fallen enemies. Characters who are keen on securing a ranged method of poison curing would have better luck buying these from vendors or looting them from locked chests.

2 Antidote

The Basic Cure-All

One of the most common items in the game, this handy antidote can be bought and acquired in various locations. Players will most likely find it being sold by merchants specializing in potions, though some regular vendors may carry a couple of bottles, too. If a player leans more toward the frugal side, looting enemies and their supplies may be a great source of free antidotes.

3 Antitoxin

If players have somehow made it to the Underdark without collecting an antidote from somewhere and discover Thulla writhing in pain, a successful check will inform the characters that the antitoxin can be acquired from the Duergar that poisoned her in the first place, a man named Gekh Coal.

Depending on how players have navigated the Underdark, they could have already encountered the Duergar, but he's only a short walk away from the Myconid Colony. Players can choose to be friendly towards him, enabling them to purchase the antidote, or they can choose the aggressive approach, in which case looting Gekh's dead body should also provide players with the antitoxin they need to cure Thulla.

4 Remedial Potion

An Uncommon Quality Antidote

It's not easy to find, but for those willing to forage through locked chests or buy them from a few select merchants, the Remedial Potion is one of the few Uncommon level potions that can cure poison. Internet rumor says there's a recipe for it buried in the game data, but so far it's not possible to brew it using Alchemy.

A step up from the Common poison-curing potions of Acts 1 and 2, the Remedial Potion starts to turn up in Act 3. In addition to curing the Poisoned condition, it also remedies Blindness, Silenced, and Paralyzed.

5 Lesser Or Greater Restoration

A Spell Known By Clerics, Rangers, And Druids

These spells are incredibly useful but are also very circumstantial. They don't do regular healing but can eliminate certain status effects or even curses. While Lesser Restoration is all that would be needed to get rid of a pesky poisoning, Greater Restoration can be used in a pinch, should the former spell not be available.

The Elixir of Silvanus isn't something players can buy or find, it can only be made. This potion has a few unique properties, such as how and where it can be crafted, which is one of the reasons not a lot of players ever discover it.

One of the ingredients is a Mugwort Bundle, not just a common bit of Mugwort, and the only person who has it is the Druid healer, Nettie. If fans don't want to kill her and loot it from her corpse, they could take the less violent method of pickpocketing it. Once players have both ingredients, use the Cauldron of Boiling Theriac in the Druid's Chambers to make the potion.
