With a similar storyline to the Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy video game, Nebula here has a long-standing feud with her adoptive stepsister Gamora. Raised in arguably harsher conditions than Gamora and always spurred into contests with her by their father, Thanos, Nebula soon developed a deep-rooted hatred for Gamora. Nebula is revived from a near-death state in this game after battling her sister Gamora.

She plots revenge against her but has to face enemies along the way. Playing her gives you various powers and abilities, such as Electroshock, immunity to poison, and self-regeneration.

9 Donna Troy: Ex-Sidekick Turned Titan

Donna Troy, also known as Wonder Girl, is Wonder Woman’s adoptive stepsister and former sidekick. Created by the sorceress, Derinoe, Donna Troy initially intended to kill Diana or Wonder Woman.

After the Amazons foiled her attempt, Diana took her in as a sister and sidekick. The DC Online Universe game begins her storyline as a member of the teen titans. She dons black spandex and uses her divinely endued superabilities to fight alongside the teen titans. Her famed lasso is also an accessory that comes in handy during battles.

Skarlet is endued with superpowers shortly after her adoption by Shao Kahan and serves as his bodyguard throughout the releases she appears in.

Her connection to Shao Kahn makes her both Skarlet and Kitna’s stepsister but the only daughter of the Outworld Emperor of unnatural origin. Nonetheless, she remained one of his most faithful acolytes throughout the series.

Mileena’s relationship with Kitana is briefly explored in Mortal Kombat 11, but the latter refers to her as a sister in an interaction between the two. Mileena can decapitate her opponents with her Tarkatan teeth or consume them whole as a playable character. She also has strong hand-to-hand combat skills.

Nojiko is a playable character in One Piece: Treasure Cruise and can be used to complete various missions with the straw hat crew.

However, her weak stats make other characters much more preferable to her. The treasure cruise team doesn’t involve serious interaction between Nojiko and Nami, but die-hard fans know she would go to any length to protect her.

2 Gamora: Broken Daughter Of The Mad Titan

Gamora Zen-Whoberi is known for her characteristic green skin and reputation as the deadliest woman in the galaxy in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. After her family and entire race are eliminated by Thanos, the conqueror, she is adopted by him aged five and trained as a warrior alongside her adoptive stepsister Nebula, whom she is forced to kill reluctantly later on.

While Gamora is a non-playable character in the game, she assists the guardians in battles, has a well-explored story, and has a deadly sword, Godslayer. She delivers high-damage combos and can obtain collectibles that tell her story.
