Signs Of The Soujourner is a narrative-based card game from developers Echodog Games where instead of the deck representing physical prowess, it instead represents the player’s ability to communicate and form relationships with the other characters in the game and with themself. After taking over the store following the death of the main character’s mother, the player must travel in order to acquire goods for the shop.

Thus, the inhabitants are struggling and have quickly devolved into chaos as a result of the Lich’s efforts. Part RPG and part roguelike, the inclusion of card strategy based on the player’s character class makes for an intriguing experience that combines an immersive narrative and challenging strategy.
The player must go on relentless loops to break the vicious cycle, unlock new cards, discover new classes, and defeat the guardians that stand in the way to get to the bottom of what is causing the chaotic time loop in this game from Four Quarters.
