Respawn Entertainment is a gaming company that appears to have only created phenomenal titles in recent years with the likes of Apex Legends and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. With only a few games under its belt, it's surprising to see how greatly-loved the company is by fans of the titles it has created.

These promising releases continue as players look forward to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor as well as the highly anticipated other Star Wars titles that have been rumored to release in the future. Until then players may be wondering how the other games in the library of Respawn Entertainment's past have faired as each title is ranked by how much it was loved by players.

6 Medal Of Honor: Above And Beyond

Releasing in 2020, Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond was another title by Respawn Entertainment that sought to experiment with what the limits of the gaming company were as this title was the first Virtual Reality game Respawn Entertainment had ever released. At launch, it received quite a few negative reviews and even now on Steam, the reviews continue to be mixed from players. Many of those that experienced Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond felt that the graphics could've been better as well as the movement being clunky.

Since then, in true Respawn Entertainment fashion, the company has been listening to its fans that want to see this interesting action-packed VR title improve and since its release in 2020 Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond has seen some steady improvements, though there will always be features that many players won't enjoy.

5 Titanfall: Assault

Titanfall is by far one of the most popular games that Respawn Entertainment has created with the first-person shooter being the main reason why the company became so popular in the first place. In 2017 like Medal of Honor, Respawn Entertainment looked to experiment with other platforms such as mobile gaming, and therefore released the title Titanfall: Assault. Players were tasked with playing as a Field Commander as they planned the assaults across small battlefields in a multiplayer real-time strategy game.

Unfortunately, the lifespan of this mobile game was incredibly short. On June 29, 2018, Respawn Entertainment announced that they were no longer supporting the game. On July 30, Titanfall: Assault's servers were officially closed down with players no longer able to access the game.

Marking the beginning of Respawn Entertainment, Titanfall was a highly anticipated first-person shooter that many players were looking forward to before it had even been released, especially due to it coming from members that had worked on Call of Duty. When it was finally released in 2014 for PC, Xbox 360, and the Xbox One, players adored the fast-paced combat and intense competitive gameplay, but what really entertained players was the ability to control the giant mech-style Titans their Pilot owned.

Although the game's servers are still active for the dedicated player base, Titanfall can no longer be purchased. The game was also notorious for its vulnerability to hackers.

3 Apex Legends

Most of Respawn Entertainment's games are action-packed first-person shooters and Apex Legends is no different, as the successful company also dipped its toes into the battle royale pool in 2019. Since then, it has been placed on a variety of platforms with Apex Legends even being ported to the Nintendo Switch as of 2021. Apex Legends continues to expand with new characters being added regularly as well as a variety of maps for players to compete on.

There have even been characters from the Titanfall series that have appeared as both minor characters and those that can be used by the player. With such a varied cast for players to work towards, Apex Legends appears to have a bright future with its continued support from Respawn Entertainment.

2 Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Taking a break from the first-person shooters that remind players of Respawn Entertainment, the company's experimentation with different genres and platforms paid off when they released the incredible action-adventure title of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Playing as Cal Kestis and exploring a variety of Star Wars planets not only attracted fans of the Star Wars franchise but also introduced a lot of new players to the universe too.

With Star Wars Jedi: Survivor releasing in 2023, Cal Kestis and his team look to be having a promising future similar to that of Apex Legends or even Titanfall. Until then, Fallen Order has plenty of collectibles and adventure to keep a gamer occupied.

1 Titanfall 2

By far one of the greatest games released by Respawn Entertainment was the follow-up to the original Titanfall that saw the game improve even further than its original release. Titanfall 2 could be enjoyed on both PC and Xbox One, with the title finally finding its place also on Sony's PlayStation 4. While containing the usual exciting multiplayer that saw many gamers move from the original game, Titanfall 2 was praised for its incredibly emotional single-player campaign.

Over the years, Titanfall has built-up an incredible amount of lore that could be seen through its campaign and this has continued to make its mark on the likes of Apex Legends that finds itself within that universe. Many players hope that someday there will be another Titanfall game, but until then, the servers remain active in Titanfall 2.

Star Wars: Jedi Survivor releases on April 28, 2023 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
