The Pokemon company has grown to become one of the most popular franchises of all time, giving rise to tons of media and merchandise. There has always been something striking about Game Freak's Pokemon designs that have made them stand out from other monster-spanning franchises. Shiny Pokemon in general have been a major appeal of Pokemon games for Pokemon fans.

A shiny Pokemon is essentially a rare Pokemon that has a unique color scheme in contrast to its regular counterparts. Over the years Game Freak has created hundreds of Pokemon designs and have given each of them a shiny form as well. Here are some of the best pink-shiny Pokemon that the franchise has introduced so far.

8 Celebi

Shiny Celebi

Celebi is a mythical Pokemon introduced in Generation 2. Known as the Time Travel Pokemon, this little grass/psychic fairy is quite popular within the fandom for its cute and appealing design. Celebi's regular design has light green coloring for its face and upper body, and a darker green color tone for its lower body. The blue eyes also stick out well, making for an excellent design overall.

On the other hand, shiny Celebi looks even more like a fairy, with a light pink head and upper body, combined with a dark pink lower body. Its eyes and wings also turn green which makes for a great contrast.

7 Dragonair

Shiny Dragonair

Known simply as the Dragon Pokemon, Dragonair was introduced in Generation 1 as the middle-stage evolution for the Dratini line. Dragonair has a simple serpent-like design with a blue-and-white color scheme. It also has blue pearls on its tail and neck which makes its design feel much more elegant. Dragonair is often considered to be better than its evolved form Dragonite purely from a design perspective.

In contrast, a shiny Dragonair has a pink and white serpent body, with all its pearls dawning a bright orange, making for a great combination. Even in its shiny version, Dragonair's design looks and feels better than Dragonite's.

6 Virizion

Virizion

Introduced as one of the four Swords of Justice in Generation 5, Virizion is a grass/fighting-type Legendary Pokemon and is known as the Grassland Pokemon. This antelope-based Pokemon has a very slick green design fitting for its grass-typing. The pink highlights on its legs and neck also make for some great additions.

Shiny Virizion on the other hand, sees its colors invert completely with its body becoming a beautiful pink and its highlights turning green. The inverted colors look gorgeous on Virizion and make it one of the best pink-shiny Pokemon out there.

5 Weavile

Shiny Weavile

Known as the Sharp Claw Pokemon, Weavile was introduced in Generation 4 as the evolution of Sneasel. Weavile retains both the dark/ice-typing and the red and blue color scheme of its pre-evolution upon evolving. Weavile has a navy blue body with red feathery highlights on its tail, neck, and head. Its eyes also has sharp red eyes and a golden yellow gem on its forehead.

In contrast, Shiny Weavile's design changes things quite a bit. Its body turns a shocking pink color, and its highlights turn a golden yellow, making the design even more appealing than before. Weavile's eyes also turn a golden yellow color.

4 Rotom

Shiny Rotom

Known as the Plasma Pokemon, Rotom is an electric/ghost-type Pokemon that was introduced in Generation 4. Rotom appears in many forms, each of which has a unique secondary typing. A regular Rotom has a small orange body with a light blue plasma covering it entirely. A shiny Rotom on the other hand has a bright pink-colored body engrossed by orange plasma.

Shiny Rotom's color scheme is more attractive than a regular Rotom's, and the contrast of pink with other colors in its various forms only adds to its design. Shiny Rotom's design arguably uses one of the best shades of pink color as well.

3 Furret

Shiny Furret

Introduced in Generation 3, Furret is the evolved form of the not-so-popular Sentret and has the normal-typing. Known as the Long Body Pokemon, this giant furball may not be the strongest Pokemon to use but it still has a very appealing design. A regular Furret has a long body covered with light and dark brown stripes. It also has dark brown highlights on its face, upper back, and forehead.

Although a normal Furret is a very neat-looking Pokemon in its own right, shiny Furret however takes things even further by replacing all the dark brown coloring of its design with a shocking Pink. The rest of its body dawns a very light skin color, which makes the pink stand out even more.

2 Mega Swampert

Shiny Mega Swampert

Swampert is the final evolved form of Generation 3's water-type starter Pokemon, Mudkip, and is known as the Mud Fish Pokemon. A normal Swampert has a largely blue body with orange gills and highlights on its arms and legs. Mega Swampert's design takes things even further by buffing up its blue body. On the other hand, shiny Swampert sees all the blue coloring get replaced with the color pink.

While Swampert's pink shiny is fine on its own, its Mega form pulls off the pink color much better. Mega Swampert's big buffed body turns a bright pink while retaining the orange gills and highlights which give off an excellent contrast. Shiny Mega Swampert shows that even the color pink can look menacing if used right.

1 Mega Ampharos

Mega Amphros

Ampharos is an electric-type Pokemon that was introduced in Generation 2 as the final evolution of Mareep. Known as the Light Pokemon, a regular Ampharos has a Yellow body with a white belly and black stripes on its neck. There are also red pearls on its tail and forehead which gives its design more personality. A shiny Ampharos on the other hand has a baby-pink body with blue pearls in the mix.

However, it is Ampharos' Mega form that pulls off the pink and blue color scheme much more elegantly. Mega Amphros gains a ton of white fur and many more blue pearls embedded within the fur which just makes for a much better design overall.
