Slitterhead is an upcoming horror game that takes the genre back to its roots with grotesque monster design and nerve-wracking suspense. Made by Bokeh Game Studio and headed by Keiichiro Toyama, responsible for the Silent Hill franchise, Slitterhead comes as a breath of fresh air to the gaming scene with what looks to be a terrifying story and intricate levels of explorations and investigation.

Not much is known about the title, only that it is what appears to be a survival horror game that will drop layers into the haunted streets of Tokyo where they must fend off ghastly monsters and demented environments in a first-person experience. Players step behind the controls of a nameless character trapped inside a horror-filled house. In true psychological horror fashion, players walk aimlessly around the abode, where each pass reveals clues and subtle changes that will push players further and further over the edge.

Created by Hideo Kojima, known for Death Stranding, the twisted and mentally tasking storytelling of the game truly immerses players in the experience. P.T. will force players to play with the lights on and will leave a heavy impression after the first playthrough.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is the seventh installment in the main line of Resident Evil games and is the first game in the franchise to transfer the style of gameplay into a first-person investigative style.

Players take control of Ethan Winters and are trapped inside a plantation while searching for the character's lost wife. Players take on the infected Baker family and try to survive the night while searching for clues and slaying monstrous undead along the way.

A down-on-his-luck detective is lured into a monstrous hell world with the hopes of saving his daughter. Unprepared for what awaits him, Sebastian must tackle horrid levels and decrepit monsters while traversing mind-bending locations in order to find a way to save his daughter.

Although Sebastian is driven by the need to rid himself of his grief and pain, this attracts the darkest monstrosities ever seen to stop him from completing his task. The Evil Within tells a psychologically taxing story that will have players on the edge of their seats the whole way through.
