Pokemon GO has several monster types, and Ground-type has some of the most powerful monsters that fall under it. Dual type-attributes are common in the Pokemon franchise, with many monsters having two type-attributes instead of just one. It provides monsters extra move coverage, tremendous battle potential, and use.

Ground-type Pocket Monsters are some of Pokemon GO’s most loved and mighty types. That being the case, only some Pokemon stand atop; some Ground-types perform relatively weak and mediocre at battles. It takes extensive meta-knowledge to understand the ins and outs of each monster and build its type strategy. Here are a few of the most potent Ground-type Pokemon running rampant in the game.
