There are quite a lot of interesting additions allowing players to hop back on and try the new weapons and maps for themselves. The Battlefield franchise has always been known for its multiplayer experience, which focuses on large-scale maps and destruction that changes the landscape.

Battlefield has seen different eras of combat when it comes to their games, be it a futuristic setting or a massive war in the 1900s. This update adds more information to the existing entries and some minor changes.

1 Assault

The Assault class is by far the most played in the game. Four specialists in the Assault class are Sundance, Dozer, Mackay, and Zain. Her gadget is the Smart Explosive grenade which can scatter to form mini grenades that can deal damage to multiple enemies, or she can switch it to a homing grenade that locks onto a vehicle. Her specialist Trait allows her to use a Wingsuit in the air instead of a chute. Zain is the second choice and might be more popular because of his Airburst Rifle, which can deal with enemies camping in a specific area.

The Assault Class's Weapon Proficiency is Assault Rifles that allow the player to carry three extra magazines. M5A3 is the starting Assault Rifle and is one of the most versatile ones to use. The rifle has little to no recoil and is effective in all ranges. TV 2X is a good scope that is available from the start however getting only five kills can unlock the Fusion Hold sight which is one of the best for close to mid-range combat. The magazine is the Standard Issue which is pretty decent at the start while the Barrel and Mounts are both Factory ones. G57 is the best secondary weapon that is available from the start. Switching it to Burst Fire mode can help in many situations.

For the rest of the loadout as there are not many options to choose from early on the player can go for Smoke Grenade to rush into a zone. As Sundance already has her Smart Explosive taking a Frag Grenade is purely mode dependent. The IBA Armor Plate is a Gadget only available for the Assault Class and is the best choice that provides some extra health which can be the difference maker in a lot of situations. Med-Pen is the class-specific Gadget that allows the Assault Class to heal during combat and is in the default loadout.

Lis was a good specialist on release but later received nerfs making her launcher harder to maneuver.
