Dr DisResepect has become one of the most influential and popular streamers on Twitch, as he's reached over 4 million followers on the popular streaming platform. He is known to play a myriad of games, as Doc mentioned not being impressed with Valorent, but has been enjoying the game as of late. But mainly he is known for battle royales.

Dr DisRespect is known for his Triple Threat challenge, in which he attempts winning three battle royale matches from three separate games in one streaming session. So while he gets his dubs quite often (maybe less frequently in games like Fortnite thanks to being less proficient as a builder), he knows what he is doing in the battle royale genre.

During a recent stream, a fan asked Doc what his favorite three battle royale games are and he gave an interesting answer. Two-time, as he calls himself, said his top three battle royales are H1Z1, PUBG, and Call of Duty: Blackout. All three choices are games that have been somewhat forgotten from the mainstream player base, so they are intriguing choices. Doc, who recently renewed his Twitch exclusivity agreement, enjoys military-style battle royales, and games with smooth gunplay and controls.

Dr. Disrespect with Warzone sign

Doc says he would improve on Warzone in many ways, even as it was the game he was streaming while being asked the question by a fan. He did note that if Warzone had the gunplay of Blackout, the battle royale attached to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, that it would be the most perfect battle royale.

Dr DisRespect has enjoyed playing many different games, for a time it seemed like Doc's new favorite game would be Escape from Tarkov. At that moment, a lot of the internet was blowing up about that particular survival game.

Doc also doesn't shy away from criticizing games, no matter the genre, as he was seen roasting Destiny 2 recently while playing Trials of Osiris.

Giving opinions, blasting games, and taking names is all a part of Dr DisRespect's persona, however, which reason Doc has been challenged by WWE's The Undertaker recently. Many have speculated if Dr DisRespect has greater plans someday of even hitting the WWE stage. His macho-energy seems perfect for the over-the-top arena.
