With the sheer amount of appearances this character has made in video games, she was bound to make a statement with her iconic looks. Some pay homage to her comic book outfits and others are a totally reimagined version of the original Harley.

10 Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League

Harley Quinn

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is an upcoming game developed by Rocksteady, set to release in February 2024. Harley Quinn, like in both the movies and comics revolving around the Suicide Squad, is one of the main protagonists of the game, meaning players are going to see a lot more of the character than ever before.

Her design in this particular game is seemingly a cross between Harley in the New 52 with the use of reds and blues, her style in the Arkham series (particularly Arkham City), and perhaps even inspired by Margot Robbie's interpretation of the character with the way in which her clothes look more practical. All in all, this is one of the more unique takes on the character but is bound to be popular among fans nonetheless.

9 Mortal Kombat 11

A Harley Quinn skin was made available to Mortal Kombat 11 players for the character Cassie Cage through a DLC back in November 2020. While some fans were disappointed that Harley wasn't introduced as an individual character, there is no doubt that the design of the skin itself is great, so much so that it soon became a fan-favorite.

It seems as though NetherRealm Studios took major inspiration from the Arkham City Harley in terms of her outfits and tattoos, while her hair and makeup are most likely inspired by Suicide Squad 2016.

8 Injustice: Gods Among Us

Harley Quinn In Injustice Trailer

Released in April 2013 and developed by NetherRealm Studios, Injustice: Gods Among Us is a fighting game based on the fictional universe of DC Comics. In this game, Harley Quinn is depicted wearing a cropped jacket, leggings, and a ripped shirt with the Joker's face plastered on it, all in her iconic red and black color palette. Her makeup, on the other hand, is more reminiscent of an earlier version of the character, with her mask around the eyes, white face paint, and black lipstick.

It's worth noting that players can change Harley's look within the game, having a relatively good selection of outfits for the character. However, since this particular look is both her default skin in-game and the very costume she wears within the Injustice comics, it is quite popular among fans.

7 Injustice 2

The sequel to 2013's Injustice: Gods Among Us, Injustice 2 is another fighting game released in May 2017 by the same developers. While the first Injustice had some incredible character designs, this game went above and beyond expectations. Like the original, there are multiple outfit options available for characters, but the default design was arguably the most popular.

This version of Harley Quinn features more of a natural makeup look, blonde ponytails with the iconic blue and pink tips that are prevalent in newer adaptations of the character, and is paired with a jacket, leggings, and boots in the famous red and black color scheme. All in all, this design feels like a great combination of existing Harley looks and merges some of the best and most popular aspects of previous versions.

6 Lego DC Super-Villains

Lego DC Super Villains Harley Quinn

Released in October 2018 and developed by Traveller's Tales, Lego DC Super-Villains is an action-adventure puzzle game. Harley is one of the main characters of the game and is depicted in an outfit that looks as though it is heavily inspired by her Suicide Squad Vol. 4 appearance.

This color scheme is a little different from other versions considering it's blue and red. She carries around her iconic mallet, has bleached white skin, dark makeup, and uses roller skates to get around.

5 Batman: Arkham Origins

Arkham Origins Harley Quinn

Batman: Arkham Origins, developed by WB Games Montréal, was released in October 2013 and is an action-adventure game. Harley Quinn doesn't appear in Arkham Origins in the way in which fans are familiar and instead makes an appearance as Dr. Harleen Quinzel, a psychiatrist working at Arkham Asylum who was tasked with treating The Joker.

It's rare that players get to see Harley before her transition into the character fans know and love. Even though her part in the game is extremely brief, it is exciting to see the other, less manic, side of her. Harleen Quinzel wears a white doctor's coat, dress shirt, long skirt, and heels. However, it is interesting to note that despite this game being set before Harleen became Harley, she is still depicted in her recognizable red, white, and black color scheme.

4 Lego Batman 1, 2 & 3

Lego Batman Harley Quinn

The Lego Batman games have proven to be loved by players of all ages. Harley Quinn, true to her character, appears as the deuteragonist within all three games.

The best part about her appearance in the Lego Batman series is that it's true to the original look of the character, identical to her design in the animated series she debuted in along with the outfit that became iconic. This design, of course, follows a typical harlequin look: jester hat, white collar, diamond detailing, and follows the red and black theme DC fans adore.

3 Batman: Arkham City

Harley Quinn in Batman: Arkham City

The most beloved game of the entire Arkham series and the best-selling of the franchise, Batman: Arkham City was developed by Rocksteady and released in 2011. Harley Quinn's role in this game is by far her smallest out of the series, but her design within this game is one of the best adaptions of the character.

This version of the character wears a corset, leggings, and thigh-high boots, all of which are in her familiar color scheme. Her makeup is much darker in this game than any design previous with black, smokey eyes and dark lips. She also sports ponytails, this time with red and black tips.

2 Batman: Arkham Knight

Batman: Arkham Knight was released in 2015 and, like others in the series, was developed by Rocksteady. Despite Joker's death in Arkham City, Harley still makes an appearance as one of the main villains in the game, with her story being focused on both her grief and desire for revenge.

This Harley Quinn design is striking for many reasons: the white face paint feels more in tune with the original look of the character and the outfit features more detailing than any other in previous games of the same franchise.

1 Batman: Arkham Asylum

Arkham Asylum Harley Quinn

Batman: Arkham Asylum was the first of the Arkham series and was released all the way back in 2009. This game features one of Harley's best designs yet. It's unique to any version of Harley players had seen prior and seems as though it's a nod to Harley's life before Joker (it's a doctor's outfit).

Not only is the outfit incredible, but the makeup is too. It's very similar to the original Harley seen in the Animated Series. This look is bound to be a hard one for any other design to compete with. It's fun, original, and a fan favorite.
