A talented Baldur's Gate 3 fan has showcased their amazing hand-made Orin doll, which gives the villain a Tim Burton-style makeover. Orin is one of the main villains in Baldur's Gate 3, becoming immensely popular with players thanks to the large role she plays late in the game's story.

Baldur's Gate 3 emerged out of Early Access in August last year, becoming arguably the biggest breakout hit of 2023. Positive word of mouth spread like wildfire about the game, ensuring that Larian Studios had a juggernaut on its hands. Players were quickly drawn to the game's cast of misfit characters, which in the aftermath of its launch, has led to a ton of amazing fan creations for Baldur's Gate 3. One player even recreated the Baldur's Gate 3 cover art with LEGO figures, which was extremely cool to see.

A Baldur's Gate 3 player makes a morbid discovery about why Halsin has failed to show up at camp during their playthrough of the game.

This particular creation comes from Redditor Diamondza25, who shared their hand-made Orin doll with the Baldur's Gate 3 community online. The doll depicts one of the best villains in Baldur's Gate 3 in a slim, cartoony style with an oversized head. Stylistically, the Orin doll looks as though it has been pulled directly from the Tim Burton film, Corpse Bride, with there being a ton of similarities in the art style. The creepy-cute style suits Orin, and the hand-painted details are eerily accurate to her appearance in Baldur's Gate 3.

Diamondza25 also posted a link to the video of Orin's creation, which gave a little more insight into what it took to bring this creation to life. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that the Orin doll will be recreated for sale, but the fact that it's one-of-a-kind just makes it even more special.

Baldur's Gate 3 has had a busy news period of late. After the launch, things went silent while Larian figured out its next move. Now, it has recently emerged that Baldur's Gate 3 DLC is canceled, and the studio will not be going forward with any potential plans for a sequel. This doesn't mean a Baldur's Gate sequel won't happen in the future, but Larian will not be involved. Instead, the studio is moving forward with its own IP, which is exciting in its own right. At this point, Larian has definitely earned the right to forge its own path, but many lifetime fans created via Baldur's Gate 3.
