Baldur's Gate 3 is an exciting RPG adventure where players craft their story through moral choices and action. From NPCs to Companions, the possible social interactions are almost endless, with some characters having romantic possibilities. While the Origin characters in the party or camp can be romanced long-term or short-term, players also get more spur-of-the-moment options.

Near Baldur's Gate during Act 3, players may encounter a set of Drow twins at a brothel in Wrym's Crossing. They will face a moral choice and get a rare opportunity for a scandalous experience if they hire one or both twins. However, hiring both requires a few stipulations. So, here's how to romance the Drow twins in Baldur's Gate 3.

How to Romance the Drow Twins in Baldur's Gate 3

Baldur's Gate 3 Sharess' Caress

Players will find the twins, Nym and Sorn, inside Sharess' Caress, next to the South Span Waypoint in Wrym's Crossing. The brothel features several questlines, including a run-in with Arfur Gregorio, who first appears in Rivington. Once there, players should talk to the owner, Mamzell Amira. She will tell them about the infamous Drow twins employed at the brothel.

Baldur's Gate 3 Mamzell Amira

Mamzell Amira will offer the twins as a reward if players complete the Find the "Stern Librarian" Ffion quest. Otherwise, players can negotiate the price directly with the twins. Nym and Sorn are inside the first room on the left, blocked by an elegant curtain. They are standing in the corner to the left of the stage.

Baldur's Gate 3 Drow Twins Location

When players first talk to the Drow twins, they say they can hire either, depending on their preferences. As the conversation continues, they will insinuate that both can be hired simultaneously. Hiring one costs 500 gold, and hiring both costs 1000 gold. Players can only hire both the Drow twins if they have a willing partner to participate with them.

Baldur's Gate 3 Hiring Both Drow Twins

Each companion has a unique reaction if players ask them if they are interested. We have listed their reactions below:

  • Astarion: (If in a relationship) he will not participate but doesn't mind if the player does. (If not in a relationship) he will participate but clearly disassociates.
  • Shadowheart: She will participate and have an approval increase if players include Halsin.
  • Gale: He will participate as an astral projection if both twins are hired, but he will lose approval if players hire one of the twins.
  • Halsin: He will eagerly participate.
  • Lae'zel: She will not participate and will have a slight approval loss if players hire one of the twins.
  • Wyll: He will not participate and will have a significant approval loss if players hire one of the twins.
  • Karlach: She will not participate and lose approval if players show interest in hiring both twins.
  • Minthara: She will not participate and lose approval if players hire one of the twins.

Players will get a different scenario and cutscene depending on whether they hire one of the Drow twins or both with a partner. Despite some social consequences, whatever they decide doesn't affect the game much overall, and there's a chance for a steamy interaction if they hire the Drow twins.
