Her parents, Locke and Komira, flag down the player just outside of the entrance to the circle. Players who agree to help the couple can go talk to Kagha right away. However, Baldur's Gate 3 doesn't make this request so easy to ask.

Updated November 13th, 2023: Dealing with Arabella and the consequences of her actions is likely one of the first big decisions players will make as she's discovered pretty early in the game in Act I. Unfortunately, players may not be adequately prepared to deal with Kagha when first meeting her as she's intent on punishing the child. Combat conditions in Baldur's Gate 3 are typically negative and applied by a combat ability, and there are a lot of these Status Effects in the game.

The easiest way to get Arabella free can be done immediately upon meeting Kagha. Convince her, with either a Nature or Persuasion check, to let Arabella go. When playing with friends, have the person with the highest check make this roll.

Baldur's Gate 3 Finding Kagha's Chest

If the roll doesn't work out, all isn't lost. If Kagha is exposed as helping the Shadow Druids, Arabella will be let go after a combat encounter. To trigger this, find Kagha's Chest. It's located by going inside the Stone Door next to Kagha, then hugging the left wall and slipping behind a bookcase on the left side. Pick the lock open.

If players don't enjoy picking locks and stealing, this evidence is also located inside the Wooden Crevice in the Sunlit Wetlands, found on a tree to the southeast after a Perception check. Bring the evidence back to the Druid Grove and switch party members in preparation for an unexpected attack.

Baldur's Gate 3 is available in Early Access on PC and will be available on August 3rd, 2023. The PlayStation 5 version will be available on September 6th, 2023. A version for Xbox Series X/S is still in development.
