  • Head to Shadow-Cursed Lands and find the Waning Moon Bar. Inside, you'll find Thisobald Thorm guarding the large Metal Door that leads to his old laboratory.

After unlocking the recipe for Thisobald Thorm's Poison, you need to follow these steps to get Corpse Rose Petals:

  • Fast travel to the Road To Baldur's Gate waypoint, and head north to get to the Brewer's Alchemical Stash location.
  • When you are near the abandoned barn, you need to go to its right side, past the haystack. In this place, you will have to make a passive Survival roll to find a place that you will need to dig up using a shovel.
  • After opening the treasure, you will get one of the three Corpse Rose Petals you need.
  • To find two more Corpse Roses, you'll have to go to the House of Healing. Search all around, including the chests, and with enough luck, you will find enough Corpse Rose Petals.

When you collect enough Corpse Rose Petals, you will finally be able to create the highly desired Purple Worm Toxin, and to do so, you just need to go to the Alchemy menu and make the poison.
