However, she won't wait for you in one place and certainly will not offer to buy Slinging Shoes until you fulfill several requirements.
Players must go to Sword Coast Couriers and talk to Postmaster Danzo regarding postal matters. He will tell you that the carrier pigeons have disappeared somewhere and ask for your help. He is ready to pay for any unopened letter; so after receiving the Find the Missing Letters quest, you will sooner or later reach the roof of the Open Hand Temple and meet with Tara. Next, you need to follow definite steps to get Slinging Shoes:
- Foremost, your group must include Gale because otherwise, the cat will not talk to you. You will have to wait a little while the cat talks to Gale, after which you can pick up the letter and continue your quest.
