You should follow the steps below:
- You can find the Mirror Of Loss in Gauntlet of Shar in the Underdark region. Although you may first notice this artifact in Act 2, you won't have a chance to interact with it until you reach Act 3.
- To access the Mirror Of Loss, you will need to unlock the Threshold of Loss and enter the Chamber of Loss. To achieve this, you will need to place 1000 gold on the Sacrificial Bowl or use the Silver Key, which can be looted from Sharran Fidelian Lamona.
