The character creator in Baldur's Gate 3, while somewhat limited, can be used to recreate iconic characters from movies, shows, books, and even other video games. Players have been quick to take to various social media to showcase their designs, and the creativity is never ending. Characters from other fantasy works tend to be the most popular to create, since they fit the medieval fantasy setting of Baldur's Gate 3 best. But that doesn't mean players aren't experimenting with non-fantasy characters and seeing what the character creator has to offer.
2023 Barbie Movie
Given the success of the Barbie movie, it's no surprise that fans are taking the main duo, Barbie and Ken, and throwing them into the realm of Faerun. Ken is especially popular, such as Reddit user Haunting_Eye_1651's Just Ken. One especially creative way of making the pair is to make one Tav/Durge and the other into their Guardian/Dream Visitor.

The Witcher
For fans of The Witcher franchise, the main cast can easily be created to some degree within the character creator. Both the game and TV show versions of Geralt are doable, although it might require players to take some creative liberties when recreating the white wolf. Players wishing to make Ciri can try to mimic her appearance from The Witcher 3 and get pretty close to being fully accurate.
For those wanting to create Yennefer, both her game and TV show looks are possible, but, like Geralt, will most likely require taking some creative liberties to closely resemble her true appearance. For those wanting to create the lovable bard, Jaskier/Dandelion, both versions are possible as long as the player is okay with making him a half-elf, since half-elf face 5 fits him best.

The Owl House
Even though it's been months since the final season aired, fans of The Owl House can try their hand at making the crew from the Boiling Isles. While some designs might require creative liberties, others can get fairly close to their design from the show. Plus, some of the characters have multiple looks, which can in turn be used to reflect playthrough progression (or players can choose their favorite look to recreate). Some notable characters that can be fairly well recreated are Hunter, Amity, Eda and Lilith.

Marvel
Marvel fans can create a fantasy version of their favorite heroes with a little creativity. The core Avengers are all possible, along with an array of other characters like Loki, Thor, Star-Lord, Gamora, Bucky, Dr. Strange, etc. One Marvel fan on Reddit, MrForshows, even made Drax as a Barbarian.

Arthurian Legend
Most people know some version of the legend of King Arthur, with the most famous version being Sir Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur. For players wishing to bring the iconic Arthurian characters to life, it's fairly easy since they've been described and depicted in so many different ways, so it's hard to go wrong. The knights of the Round Table translate perfectly to paladins following the Path of Devotion. Merlin makes for a perfect wizard, Morgan le Fay works well as a warlock and Nymue (The Lady of the Lake) is an excellent sorcerer.
