10 Khalid's Gift

• +1 Bonus to Wisdom +1, Khalid's Gift: Aid; if Jahiera wears it, she can't be cursed

Khalid's Gift is also a reference to the previous Baldur's Gate games, the first of which included Jaheira's husband, Khalid. It's a Very Rare item that gives the wearer the power to cast Aid, a level 3 Abjuration spell that gives the target extra hit points.

If Jaheira is wearing the amulet, it has the additional benefit of making her immune to any kind of curse. That's handy when dealing with vampires, doppelgangers, and other extra-planar creatures that use curses, or even better, to deal with chests and treasures fused with protection spells.

9 Unflinching Protector Amulet

The Unflinching Protector Amulet is an ideal item if the player is building a defender, but it has the same benefit no matter who wears it. When one of their allies is attacked, this amulet gives the wearer the ability to use a reaction to cause an attack against one of their allies to miss.

7 Corvid Token

• Grants the wearer the boon of the Raven Queen, Polymorph: Dire Raven, and Feather Fall.

Here's another valuable amulet that only appears in Act 3 if the protagonist has accomplished certain tasks from Act 1 and Act 2. The Tieflings from the Druid Grove have to be saved, and Mattis has to be among them. He'll also appear in Last Light Inn, and he'll be doing what he always does: selling rings, amulets, and other random items.

If Mattis survives long enough to reach the town of Rivington, he can sell the player this Very Rare amulet, which grants the Boon of the Raven Queen. It not only gives the wearer the ability to transform into a Dire Raven, but when they can Fly or take Wild Shape, they also have Feather Fall.

6 Amulet Of The Devout

It shouldn't be a surprise that an item with a name like Amulet of the Devout can be found in a holy place, and in this case, the Stormshore Tabernacle. Should the player decide to murder the Tribunal of Bhaal, this necklace will drop from Sarevok's corpse. It's not only great for the buffs and extra abilities, but it's also required to open the inner door of the Temple of Bhaal and a passage that leads into Orin's quarters.

If you're playing a Dark Urge Origin character, it's an optional side-quest to visit the Towers first to see if anyone recognizes you.

One of those people happens to be the Warden, which makes her easier for the Dark Urge to recognize. While you're there, you can kill the Warden of the Moonrise Tower Prison and loot this valuable amulet from their corpse. Sometimes the Warden shows up on the ground floor during the Harper attack and will drop this amulet just the same, but it's easier to find them in the prison.

This Very Rare amulet gives the wearer two handy spells, Ride the Wind and Gust of Wind. Ride the Wind gives the caster the ability to fly, which can be handy for a myriad of reasons, and Gust of Wind summons a powerful gust of air that can clear pesky AoE effects like Cloudkill.

Not only does getting this amulet require killing a tough boss from Act 1, Ethel the Hag but she's kidnapped a child named Varna, who can't die in the fight. Varna can only be saved if the player has already found Old Garlow's House, which contains what the player needs to kill and the Hag and rescue the child.

1 Fey Semblence Amulet

A Reward From the Hag Survivors Support Group

• Grants Semblance of Fey: Advantage in Saving Throws for Intelligence, Charisma, and Wisdom.

This powerful amulet is a reward for killing Auntie Ethel, which means the player gets it even if Varna dies, provided the witch also meets her demise. After the Hag is killed, the player can return to Old Garlow's, and the Hag Survivors support group will give them the Fey Semblence Amulet.

In a game in which the future is determined with a roll of the dice, the Fey Semblence Amulet might be one of the best accessories in the game. It gives the wearer a passive buff that includes an Advantage on Charisma, Wisdom, and Intelligence Saving Throws.
