Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is brimming with collectibles. While most of them will appear on your map, the same cannot be said for the Windswept Dolls, not to be confused with Windswept Kites. The collectibles are small in size and can be frustrating for many players due to how hard they are to find. Make regular use of your Na'vi Senses if you ever get stuck in an area.

You will need to acquire these dolls to complete the Dark Theater Quest. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora also refers to the Windswept Dolls as the Shadow Puppets and the Kame’tire Dolls. So, do not get confused; they all refer to the same thing. The game also informs you which dolls you have already collected under the Journal > Lost Items > Kame’Tire Dolls section.

Windswept Dolls Locations in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

There are nine dolls to collect; fortunately, they are located in the Clouded Forest Region. It is recommended to complete a few main quests so that you can unlock Ikran. The flying mount will make it much easier to traverse this breathtaking yet treacherous land.

The Abandoned

The Abandoned Windswept Doll is situated in the Cascading Stones region, inside the trunk of a decaying tree within a forest just above the Ensnared Lake.

The Fellow

The Fellow Windswept Doll can be found southeast of your current location, still in the Cascading Stones. Continue following the Nomad's River downwards until you reach a beach just below the Shadowed Cave. You will notice a rock structure with a yellow leaf atop it. Enter through a cave at the base, and the doll will be right in front of you.

The Sprinter

The Sprinter Windswept Doll is located in the Crimson Great Wood. Head downwards towards the Rivers of Ancestors until you reach the designated spot. The doll is situated inside a broken tree. Use the fallen trunk to jump across the gap and land inside the decaying tree.

The Sitting Elder

The Sitting Elder Windswept Doll is found in the Stone Cloud Valley. After obtaining the Sprinter Doll, head west to the jungle area across the river. Stop when you see a cluster of large rocks leaning against a tree. Below the bottom two rocks, there's a small pond. Jump in and look left; you'll notice a small cave. Enter it, turn left again, and grab the doll in front of you.

One-Eyed Mother

The One-Eyed Mother Windswept Doll is also located in the Stone Cloud Valley, on the south side of the Great Stone Swamp. Move towards a small island surrounded by water, where you'll see a hollow tree trunk facing upwards and sideways. Enter the trunk and retrieve the doll at the very end. There is also breathtaking scenery, so you might want to use the Photo Mode to capture a few shots.

The Baby Face

Similar to the two previous dolls, The Baby Face Windswept Doll is also located in the Stone Cloud Valley. Go to the designated location southeast of the One-Eyed Mother doll's position. Halt when you spot the rock structure similar to the above image and search for a cave at its base. Enter the cave and grab the doll positioned in front of you.

The Strong

The Strong Windswept Doll is situated in The Cut area. Navigate to the Delta, where the Shrewd River and Stealth River converge. Your doll is located beneath a broken tree which is adjacent to a massive rock.

The Siren

The Siren Windswept Doll is also situated in The Cut area. After acquiring the Strong Doll, head south of the Delta, and you will notice another fallen decaying tree next to a mushroom-covered rock. Enter the trunk, and the doll is yours for the taking.

The Blonde Adonis

The Blonde Adonis Windswept Doll, the last one on this list, is located in the Cradling Pines. Head to the designated spot by following the Carver's River downwards. Look for yet another broken tree; once again, the doll lies beneath it. The area is covered in fog, meaning you should pay extra attention here.

Collecting all nine windswept dolls will instantly unlock the Doll Collector achievement/trophy. However, it won't mark the end of The Dark Theater quest. To finally complete the side mission, you need to talk to Namtet, who resides at the Storyteller's Passage in The Hollows. Return the dolls to him, and the quest will come to an end.
