The Sarentu is the clan where the protagonist comes from in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora's story. Taken when they were a child, the protagonist and some other Na'vi from the clan eventually grow up under the influence of the RDA. Later on, however, they'll try to connect back to the roots of their ancestors and learn the true ways of the Na'vi. Among the many activities players can do in Pandora is observing some Sarentu Totems.
There are a total of 12 Sarentu Totems scattered all over the world of Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora. You need to unlock all three regions to be able to visit and solve all the Sarentu Totem puzzles on the map. Once you reach one of them, there should be a spot nearby to observe the Sarentu Totem and check the view behind it.

All Sarentu Totem Puzzle Locations & Solutions In Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora
The 12 Sarentu Totem locations in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora are divided into this order:
- Four Sarentu Totems in Kinglor Forest
- Five Sarentu Totems in Upper Plains
- Three Sarentu Totems in Clouded Forest
Kinglor Forest Sarentu Totem Puzzle Locations
Going to the furthest southeast, you can find a Sarentu Totem in the Waterway Valley, inside the Kinglor Forest region.
The observing spot should be to the west of the Totem, inside a tiny cave carved within the small cliff.
Another Sarentu Totem is located between the Waterway Valley and Spinner’s Circle on a mountain. Players can teleport to the Pneumatic Tower Echo and move southeast to find it or use one of the closer Waypoints in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora.
The observation spot is located to the west, next to a large tree. It might be a little confusing to find, but players can find it on a small cliff there.
Contrary to the previous Sarentu Totems, the puzzle is to find the location of this one as the Totem is harder to find than the observation spot. It’s located in the Gossamer Lakes of Kinglor Forest, on one of the floating rocks. There is a Bellsprig next to it, which is a tree that helps players increase their HP in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora.
Once you find it, aim to the northeast and keep climbing the mountain to find the observation spot.
The last Sarentu Totem in Kinglor Forest can be found right next to Hometree, home of the Aranahe clan.
Stand next to the Sarentu Totem and look east to find the spot and solve the puzzle.
Upper Plains Sarentu Totem Puzzle Locations
You can find a Sarentu Totem immediately when entering the Upper Plains region, west of The Circle, home of the Zeswa clan.
From the Totem, move across the field next to a small tree to find the observation spot.
Next, there’s a Sarentu Totem located in Eywa’s Reach. For players that progressed in the main story, teleport to Extractor Plant RDA Base, and fly south searching for the Totem.
From the Sarentu Totem, look west and move into a small cave’s entrance to find the spot.
Located in the far east on the Great Tusk mountain, a Sarentu Totem can be found within The Celebration Valley area.
Stand next to the Totem and look to the east to find a hole in the mountain. That’s where this puzzle’s solution can be found.
In the far north of the Mother of Rivers area, players can find another Sarentu Totem on the river’s shore under the First Zakru mountain.
Aim east until you find a crack in the mountain and climb it to solve this puzzle.
The last Sarentu Totem is also available in the Mother of Rivers area, right next to the Staunch Guardians, which is a Na’vi Camp in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora.
Stand next to the Sarentu Totem and the spot should be to the north.
Clouded Forest Sarentu Totem Puzzle Locations
While it’s hard to navigate in the Clouded Forest due to the restrictions on the Ikran’s movement, it’s even harder to find Sarentu Totems. You can find the first puzzle on a mountain east of the Carver’s River.
The observation spot should be right next to the Rogtrunk tree and the cliff to the east.
The second Sarentu Totem can be found right under an RDA base in The Cut area. For players who explore a big chunk of the map, there’s a Resistance Field Lab next to it called Unity Station, which can be used as a Waypoint.
Stand there next to the puzzle and run south through the red bushes to find the spot.
The final Sarentu Totem is located in the far west of the Clouded Forest region. You can easily reach that area by teleporting to The Refuge and moving south.
Aim west in between the two rocks to solve the 12th and final Sarentu Totem puzzle in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora.
After finishing all 12 puzzles, players will get a message from Ri’nela to meet her at the Resistance Hideout and complete the Sarentu Totems quest in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora.
