When Attack On Titan started, viewers were led to believe the only danger in the world was the titans trying to eat any human they could get their hands on. However, as the show went on, the level of power as well as the complexity of the world shifted. From corrupt politicians to humans that can transform into titans, there is no limit to how dangerous people can be in Paradis and Marley.
As the story goes on, the viewers witness different feats of strength and how dangerous different characters are. From town-destroying fights to moments of brilliant intelligence and strategy, danger lurks around every corner on the island of Paradis.
10 Kenny Ackerman
What makes Kenny Ackerman dangerous isn't an ability to turn into the titan, or even sheer brute force. It is the fact he is one of the few humans within the world of Attack On Titan to fight Levi one on one and come out of it practically unscathed. He eventually does meet an unfortunate end, but that fact alone makes him an incredibly perilous character.
As a character, viewers don't get to know too much about Kenny's backstory and who he truly is, but in the small glimpses they get, he is understood to of taken Levi in at a young age and gained the respect and admiration of the king within the walls and the founding titan. Overall, Kenny has managed to kill at least one hundred members of the military police and was the man hired to stop the scouts. A powerful and dangerous human indeed.
9 Floch Forster
While Floch Forster doesn't look physically dangerous, his danger as a character lies in his loyalty to what he believes in and his drive to the cause. As a Jaegerist in Season 4, Floch is loyal to Erin and is willing to do anything and kill anyone to help him achieve his goal. He isn't outright a bad guy, but he also doesn't do much good.
His unpredictability and the way he can manipulate others with his powerful speeches are where his danger lies. Mikasa, Jean, Connie, and Armin witness this first-hand when Floch and the Jaegerists are almost able to wipe them all out. A smart and menacing human, Floch truly is a dangerous man.
8 Erwin Smith
An example of how danger can reside in a good man, Erwin Smith's leadership and battle-ready mind, are a danger to anyone or thing trying to oppose the scouts and humanity. While he is competent and efficient when it comes to fighting titans and using his ODM gear, Erwin's true danger and power lie within his mind. His ability to command his squad and strategize fights.
In Season 3 of Attack On Titan, with Zeke, Reiner, and Bertholt all trying to kidnap Erin, Erwin was able to rally his troops and get them to ride to their deaths in the hope it would slow them down. A hero to humanity, Erwin was dangerous to any human or titan who tried to oppose humanity.
7 Armin Arlet

Armin has the power of the Colossal titan. That in itself showcases how dangerous he is. An example of how dangerous and strong Armin can be is during the attack on Liberio. All Armin had to do was stand there and through that action, he could wipe out entire fleets and a city. However, even without the ability to become the Colossal titan, Armin is a dangerous human and an asset to Paradis.
His mind and ability to strategies are only second to Erwin and after his death, he becomes the man the scouts entrust to strategize all their battles. Not only was it his plan that was used to take down Bertholt, but it was also mostly his plan that was used to seize Liberio. A true mastermind and much like Erwin, a danger to any opposition of Paradis.
6 Reiner Braun
A man whose brute force and power are on show in either human or Titan form, Reiner is someone who is truly dangerous to those around him. Someone who is responsible for the greatest anime betrayal of time, viewers were left stunned when Reiner and Bertholt revealed they were the Armored and Colossal titan and were responsible for all the carnage that had happened.
Not only does he excel in hand-to-hand combat, but is someone who young warriors like Gabi and Falco look up to. With the ability to turn into the Armored Titan and all of Marley looking up to him, Reiner is a danger to anyone who opposes him.
5 Erin Kruger

Erin Kruger was an extremely dangerous man and that was apparent through how he managed to fool an entire army. Erin was an Eldian spy who feigned a Marleyan Officer. He founded the Eldian Restorationists and went under the name "The Owl" in order to communicate and hide who he really was.
What also made Erin an extremely dangerous individual is that he secretly held the powers of the Attack Titan before passing the power onto Grisha Jeager. This power along with his ability to lead the restorationists quickly, summed up exactly how dangerous he could be.
4 Mikasa Ackerman
Having the last name Ackerman highlights exactly how dangerous Mikasa is. Without any titan abilities, Mikasa showcases her strength and danger to any enemy through her mesmerizing use of the ODM gear and swords. Second to only Levi in speed and combat, Mikasa is a true danger on the battlefield.
From a young age, it was clear to see how dangerous Mikasa would become to her foes. When her parents are killed, along with Erin she murders three men in cold blood. A young kid would not be able to do that without unnatural strength. As the years go by, her undying loyalty to Erin constantly pushes her to do risky feats. Mikasa truly is a strong woman and one of the most dangerous humans in all of Attack On Titan.
3 Zeke Jaeger
Being Grisha Jeager's son, Zeke was destined for big things from the moment Grisha taught him all about Eldians and titans. After betraying his parents and turning them in, Zeke carried on with his warrior training and ended up inheriting the beast titan. His Beast titan, however, was incredibly dangerous.
With this power, Zeke slaughtered countless innocent people and through his scream, was able to turn anyone who had his spinal fluid, into titans. His leadership and strategy abilities are on par with Erwin and his ability to hurl things at high speeds when in titan form is scary. He wipes out nearly the entire scouts with just a few throws. Zeke is a dangerous foe to anyone.
2 Levi Ackerman
Humanities strongest soldier. Levi is a force to be reckoned with, and someone who genuinely instills fear into titans such as Zeke and Reiner. There are many times throughout Attack On Titan when Levi comes up against impossible odds, but each time he overcomes them with near ease. Whether it be Kenny, Zeke, or the entire military police, Levi wins every battle he fights.
Having the ability to turn into a titan would only slow the captain down, and with nearly all of his fights being the highlight of the show, Levi is clearly a dangerous character within the world of Attack On Titan.
1 Erin Jaeger
The man who wanted to wipe out all of Paradis Islands' enemies. Eren Jaeger is responsible for more bloodshed than anyone in Attack On Titan. From a child, despite his physical limitations, it was clear to see Erin had a tenacity and drive like no other human. This is apparent when he finds out he has the Attack titan's ability and wipes out titan after titan to help humanity.
As the show goes on, Erin unravels into a genocidal maniac and manages to nearly single-handily kill the Warhammer, Jaw, and Cart titan. A true monster whether he is a good or bad guy, Erin Jaeger presents a level of danger and fear like no other.
