Following the launch of AMD's Radeon RX 7700 XT and 7800 XT graphics cards, Asus has announced its TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT, TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT, and TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT White Edition. All three come with a triple fan cooler design with the only aesthetic difference between the three being the all-white Radeon RX 7800 XT variant. This is the first time Asus has offered a white variant in its TUF lineup of graphics cards.

Last week, AMD announced the long-awaited Radeon RX 7700 XT and 7800 XT graphics cards to fill the gap in its mid-tier offerings. Starting at $449, the Radeon RX 7700 XT and the $499 RX 7800 XT target 1440p gaming, and the company claims they can offer an average of over 60 fps at maximum settings in the latest games at 1440p without any upscaling. The company also announced that the new graphics cards will be available from board partners such as Asus, ASRock, Gigabyte, PowerColor, Sapphire, and others starting on September 6.

Asus joins other board partners with its three new Radeon 7000 series cards – TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT, TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT White Edition, and TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT. The 7700 XT does not have a White Edition for now. The triple fan design is similar to the currently available TUF Gaming 7900 XT and 7900 XTX models from the company.

The TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT comes with 16GB GDDR6 VRAM, 5376 stream processors, a 256-bit memory bus, one HDMI 2.1 port, three DisplayPort 2.1 ports, and a dual 8-pin connector. It is realistically a three-slot card (Asus calls it a 2.96-slot card) that measures 319.8x150.9x59.2 mm. There is no difference in the White version other than the obvious all-white design. The TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT comes with 12GB GDDR6 VRAM, 3456 stream processors, 192-bit memory bus, and has a recommended PSU wattage of 750W, 100W less than the 7800 XT.

Asus joins board partners like Gigabyte, Sapphire, PowerColor, and others in the mid-tier Radeon 7000 series GPU space. These GPUs will be available for purchase from September 6, also the release date for Starfield. Bethesda and AMD have partnered to implement the latest technologies developed by Team Red in the developer’s upcoming space action RPG. As part of the promotion, AMD has been offering free copies of the game with the purchase of eligible GPUs and CPUs. While board partners have not mentioned this promotion on their individual websites, AMD had shared the game will be bundled with the new GPUs.
