Assault on Echo Base is one of the main story missions in episode 5 of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, The Empire Strikes Back. In it, players will take control of an airship to take down a couple of AT-ATs by wrapping wires around their legs, bringing them down to the snow-covered ground of Hoth.
For players that are looking to fully complete LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, here's how to collect all Minikits in the Assault on Echo Base level. Players will also learn how to complete the three level challenges to earn some extra goodies.
Assault on Echo Base Minikit 1
The first Minikit in the Assault on Echo Base level in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is an easy one. As soon as players start the level off in the ship, turn a little towards the right to go through a ring of studs to find a small tunnel with a Minikit inside. Carefully fly into the tunnel to grab it.
Minikit 2
After grabbing the first Minikit from the tunnel, turn to the left and look for a pile of snow. Shoot it to reveal the second Minikit in the level.
Minikit 3
When players have to defeat some AT-STs, look around for some smaller droids vehicles on wheels. Six of them will need to be destroyed to get the third Minikit for Assault on Echo Base.
Minikit 4
While heading towards the next area with the AT-AT, look on the right side of the "corridor" to find another pile of snow that can be shot to reveal the fourth Minikit.
Minikit 5
And for the final Minikit collectible, go to the area to the right of the AT-AT to find another tunnel similar to where the first Minikit was grabbed at the beginning of the level.
Assault on Echo Base Level Challenges
- AT-ATrick - Once players have to take care of the AT-ATs with the cables, try to fly underneath its legs to complete this level challenge.
- Show Off! - Defeat the AT-ATs without breaking any of the cables. As long as players carefully fly around the AT-AT, this challenge should be a pain-free one.
- Rogue Squadron, Form Up! - Complete the level without being defeated once.
