Ubisoft confirms that Assassin's Creed Valhalla will use the Xbox Series X Smart Delivery feature when it releases in holiday 2020. In February, CD Projekt RED also confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 would use Xbox Series X Smart Delivery, letting fans get a free upgrade.

The wording of this description does make it sound like Assassin's Creed Valhalla may not be a launch title and that it could be available after the Xbox Series X release date, though this has not been confirmed.
If Assassin's Creed Valhalla supports Xbox Series X Smart Delivery, then it is much more likely that Ubisoft's other, in-development titles will also use it.
