Amidst all the leaks about its upcoming Siege of Paris DLC and its suffering of in-game glitches, Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla continues to enjoy a very active fan base. Given that the developers strive hard to constantly improve the gameplay experience, many players likely have positive feelings about the title. With more than enough of these positive feelings, another AC Valhalla fan recently caught attention online with their incredibly impressive cosplay of the game’s main character Eivor.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla seems to have a very creative player base, as this is definitely not the first time Eivor has been cosplayed since the game’s launch in 2020. However, cosplay seems to not be the only content outlet of the community. Some have drawn out amazing artwork of the game’s detailed environments, while another went so far as to create a real-life fan version of AC Valhalla’s Orlog game. Nevertheless, fans will likely continue to generate content, given just how popular the game is turning out to be.
To showcase her love for Eivor, Kate Lann, or Reddit user katelannblogs, posted some of her amazing cosplay photos on the online platform. Decked out in full Viking regalia, she dons the outfit that female Eivor wears in many of the game’s marketing materials. Given that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla initially starts out in Norway, Lann’s photos were set in a snowy landscape that perfectly capture the beginning area of the title. She even went so far as to wield two of Eivor’s axes, providing an amazing rendition of the main character if she were in the real world.
Many of the commenters on the Reddit thread applauded the cosplayer’s effort, stating that they thought the photo was an actual in-game screenshot. Given that Lann even painted her face according to some of the AC Valhalla available tattoo options, it is no wonder that fans mistook her photo for a screen capture. Based on her Instagram, Lann seems like a well-seasoned cosplayer, with this Eivor outfit not being the first in her portfolio. She has recently been seen wearing costumes from Resident Evil Village, the Witcher series, and has even donned the Wonder Woman outfit from the movies.
With Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Siege of Paris coming soon, fans are likely expecting more Eivor outfits to be released with the update. Given how great Lann was able to replicate female Eivor, her fans are likely hoping that she will take one of the newer outfits and make more amazing cosplay of them.
