There is a lot to explore in Assassin's Creed Mirage, and as players visit Baghdad's districts, they will notice that there are several collectibles that they must find and acquire in order to fully complete the game. Gamers can find a total of six Gear Chests in the Harbiyah district, and each one contains a piece of equipment that will complement Basim's arsenal.
Assassin's Creed Mirage: All Harbiyah Gear Chest Locations (& How to Get Them)
This guide will help players find and access the six Gear Chests that are scattered across Assassin's Creed Mirage's Harbiyah territory.
One of the chests in the Harbiyah district can be found inside the Damascus Gate Prison. This guide will show Assassin's Creed Mirage players where to find the Damascus Gate Prison Gear Chest and how to reach it in order to retrieve its goods.
Damascus Gate Prison Gear Chest Location
Gamers won't have to make their way inside Damascus Gate Prison to get to the chest. The Damascus Gate Prison Gear Chest can be found inside the chamber, right underneath the steps leading up to the prison's front gate.
There are three guards near the prison's entrance and two additional guards on the walls on each side; there is also a moat-like corridor on both sides of the entrance, divided by the chamber under the steps. This is a restricted area, and even though players can easily sneak past the guards on the upper level, it is safer to simply take them out quietly.
The chamber is protected by strong metal bars. There is a door on the right side of the chamber, but it is locked. Players will have to open it in order to reach the Gear Chest.
How to Open the Door
Since there is no way to retrieve the door's key, gamers will have to find another way inside. Thankfully, the metal bars on the left side of the chamber are damaged. Players must head to the corridor on the left and take out the two guards down there. Then, they must throw a Throwing Knife through the hole to break the lock on the door from the inside.
If players activate Eagle Vision, the door lock will appear marked in red, making it easier for players to accurately throw the knife to destroy it.
This will unlock the door, allowing players to get in and open the Damascus Gate Prison Gear Chest.
Damascus Gate Prison Gear Chest Reward
The Damascus Gate Prison Gear Chest contains the Zank Uprising Sword. It's got a base damage of 60 and a base defense damage of 35.
The Strike Back perk makes it so that, whenever the player manages to perform a Perfect Dodge, their next attack will deal 50 percent more damage.
