When the Nintendo Switch launched, one of the biggest concerns from consumers was that there would not be enough software to justify purchasing a new Nintendo console. Just a few months later, the virtual library is continuing to grow and two major releases are about to follow up on the Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe hype. The next big launch for the Switch is ARMS and the newest trailer asks fans to join the fight.

The ARMS trailer follows in the footsteps of the Switch and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe launch trailers and focuses more on the gamers and the console than the gameplay itself. Nintendo is clearly trying to brand the Switch as a fun, portable experience and the company is using every new advertisement as a way to strengthen the hardware's brand identity.

There was a lot of confusion about what the Wii U was when it launched and Nintendo is making sure to avoid that issue this time around by reminding consumers as often as possible why this console is called the Switch.

Here's a look at the trailer...

ARMS is just coming off of a seemingly successful test weekend right now and many Switch owners had a chance to give the game a try and see what the online multiplayer brawler is all about. We spent a few hours with ARMS over the weekend as well and were quite impressed with features that were available. We look forward to diving into the single player mode (which was locked during the test weekend) once the game launches in a few weeks.

ARMS will launch on June 16, 2017, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
