10 Fartooth
When dealing damage from an incredible distance, no one can do it better than Fartooth. As a Dead Eye Sniper, she has a wide attack range and serious damage, allowing her to efficiently deal with enemies with low DEF. In addition, her 2nd skill will enable her to hit enemies anywhere on the map if blocked.
However, players will want her for her third skill and the ability to take down bosses from a mile away. She can deal the highest damage among all the snipers when given the right circumstances. Her third skill converts her range to a straight line that stretches infinitely, enabling her to remove enemies from across the map. Additionally, the skill buffs her ATK and adds even more damage if the enemy is four cells away from her.
9 Fiammetta
In the game, players will encounter missions with areas that all the enemies will pass through, where Fiammetta is at her best. As an Artilleryman Sniper (AOE Sniper), she specializes in dealing with AOE damage from a great distance. While her first talent causes her to lose HP continually, it grants her a 50% ATK increase when her HP is above 80%. This allows her to deal massive damage with her skills so long as players keep her healthy.
Her skills are what make her truly stand out. Her second skill shoots a flaming bullet in a four-cell straight line that damages enemies along the way and explodes at max range, triggering a second explosion. However, the skill she is most used for is her third skill, where she continuously bombards the tip of her range until the player cancels the skill, decimating enemies in the area.
8 Rosa
While most snipers struggle with enemies with high defense, Rosa is not one of them. Instead, she is a Besieger Sniper specializing in taking down heavy units and impeding their movement, taking them down from a great distance with her specialized range. Her second skill Split Shot buffs her ATK and enables her to hit two targets simultaneously. This allows her to deal with groups of enemies more quickly and mitigates her slow ATK SPD (Attack Speed).
Her third skill is what makes her shine. This skill makes Rosa launch harpoons at up to 4 enemies with the heist weight locking them in place while dealing damage per second for 8 seconds. Additionally, her first talent lets her attacks ignore 60% of the DEF of heavy enemies allowing her to take them down quickly.
7 Rosmontis
Rosmontis is one of the odd snipers on the list. She is a Flinger Sniper specializing in damaging and softening ground targets though she cannot attack aerial units. Her role in a squad is setting up the stage for the DPS.
She is known for her excellent skills in damaging and locking up ground targets. Her second skill buffs her ATK and the AOE splash of her attacks and adds a chance to stun— while her third skill drops two Tactical Gears within her range to block enemies and reduces their DEF by a flat amount. Additionally, it stuns all ground targets nearby, buffs her ATK, and enables her to attack two enemies simultaneously.
6 Schwarz
While playing the game, players will eventually come across super elite units called bosses. These units are incredibly tough to take down and can deal enough damage to take out Defenders in two to three shots. This is where Schwarz comes in, and she is a Heavy Shooter Sniper specializing in dispatching bosses.
The combination of her third skill and first talent makes her good. Her third skill transforms her attack range to 3 cells in front of her and buffs her ATK. Additionally, the skill increases the activation chance of her first talent, enabling her to deal massive damage even to the toughest of bosses.
5 W
In Arknights, players are bound to encounter missions that must deal with hordes of enemies that need to be stalled. This is where W shines; she is an Artilleryman Sniper focusing on delaying with stuns. Her second skill allows her to plant a landmine in a random tile within her range that deals damage and stuns enemies within a small radius of its explosion.
But when players need damage, she can still deal an insane amount with her third skill. The skill plants bombs on four enemies, which explode after a delay dealing huge amounts of damage and stunning them for five seconds, especially if they are close together. Additionally, her second talent increases damage against stunned enemies within her range, further buffing her damage.
4 Ch'en The Holungday
One of the few Spreadshooter Snipers, Ch'en The Holungday, or (Ch'en Alter) as she is better known, Excels at dealing Massive damage in a wide but short range in front of her. In most cases, players will want to put their units in choke points to maximize their blocking potential, and this is where she will do her best.
Her Bread and butter is her third skill that produces 32 bullets, which buffs her ATK and spreads a sticky liquid on the floor within her range that substantially slows enemies. Additionally, the shots reduce the DEF of ground enemies by a significant amount, completely shredding them in the process. Placing her in a choke point guarantees its complete defense.
3 Ash
Ash is a Marksman Sniper from the Rainbow Six: Siege collab with Arknights. Just like others, she will prioritize aerial units. However, she specializes in dealing with insane burst damage with her second skill, which triggers the stun of her first talent and provides 31 bullets that damage stunned enemies. This makes her exceptional at dealing with stunnable elite units and bosses.
Furthermore, her second talent provides 17 SP when deployed, allowing her to set up her skills faster. Finally, while she excels in burst damage, she can still deal sustained damage when she needs to with her base skill that increases her ATK, Hits twice, and has infinite duration.
2 Archetto
A Marksman Sniper specializing in dispatching multiple targets simultaneously, Archetto can effortlessly take care of hordes of enemies. Through her base skill, she can unleash a powerful arrow that inflicts increased damage on a primary target, then deal slightly reduced damage to three additional targets. Furthermore, the skill's low SP cost, coupled with her first talent that grants +1 SP recovery to all Offensive Recovery sniper operators, enhances its potency and makes it an exceptionally powerful skill.
Her third skill allows her to do what she does best more efficiently. The skill buffs her ATK, making them hit three times and target two enemies simultaneously, allowing her to deal with multiple enemies more efficiently. Additionally, it increases her range, enabling her to reach enemies other Marksman Snipers can't.
1 Exusiai
As one of the best boss killers in the game and one of the operators with the best base skills, Exusiai is a Marksman Sniper specializing in DPS. Her second skill buffs her ATK and makes her attack hit four times for 15 seconds, allowing her to deal tremendous damage.
However, it is her third skill that truly sets her apart. This skill not only buffs her ATK but also increases her ATK SPD, enabling her to unleash a barrage of attacks that each hit five times for 15 seconds. Additionally, her first talent further increases her ATK SPD, allowing her to deal insane damage. Despite all this power, however, she does have a weakness. Enemies with DEF higher than her ATK will barely take any damage from her. This means players must support her with buffers and de-buffers when needed.
