It's a hilarious parody of shonen tropes with over-the-top action sequences for a comedy.

When he keeps coming to school normally regardless, she starts to learn more about the supernatural world around her.

Watching an unlikely romance blossom between apathetic Shizuku and the hotheaded, overemotional Haru is quite a laugh. Shizuku has a difficult time figuring out what her feelings even are for Haru, and she has to do a lot to learn how to interact with him at all. Their relationship mirrors the one between Aharen and Raidou quite well though with a little less silliness.
