Jessie and James are a well-known villain duo from Pokemon. The two of them are employed by Team Rocket, and they are always trying to get their hands on unique Pokemon in order to please their boss. Most of the time, they don't succeed in their attempts to capture Pokemon.
However, their failures do not demoralize them instead, it only adds to their desire of getting a special Pokemon. Jessie and James are interested in Ash's Pikachu, and they always try to get their hands on him. They are minor villains who were introduced in StardustCrusaders. Both of them were sent by DIO to prevent the Joestar group from reaching their destination. While Hol Horse had a fairly powerful Stand, he was not courageous, and he would run away at the first sight of danger.
On the other hand, J. Geil was a purely evil character, who was responsible for the killing of many innocent people including Polnareff's sister. The two of them had decent teamwork, but ultimately they were defeated by the Joestar group.

She was responsible for killing and eating several people, and she would even hit small kids. Gyutaro hated everyone, and he proved to be more than a match for Tengen Uzui. The demon sliced off one of Tengen's arms and injured the left side of his face. The siblings proved to be very strong opponents for the demon slayers.

Both of them were high-ranked members of the Demon Clan. Cusack trained Zeldris while Chandler trained Meliodas. Both the teachers were extremely loyal to their students and were willing to go to extremes to protect them.
Originally, Cusack and Chandler were just one demon known as the Original Demon, but after betraying the Demon King, his body was divided into the two demons. Cusack and Chandler could go from calm to berserk in a very short period. Chandler in particular was shown to be extremely ruthless as he was ready to kill anyone who stood between him and Meliodas.

Ever since their first appearance, Hisoka and Illumi came off as a creepy duo. The two of them are malevolent, and they don't hesitate to hurt anyone who stands between their goals.
Unlike most villain duos, Hisoka and Illumi have helped each other. Illumi helped Hisoka to get a chance at fighting the leader of the Phantom Troupe, and Hisoka aided Illumi in his plans to find his brother. However, they also believe that one of them would kill the other, which is why they are on their toes around each other.

Kakuzu and Hidan were members of Akatsuki. They were almost unkillable and because of that they came to be known as the "Zombie Duo." Kakuzu was a ninja who once fought against the legendary Hashirama Senju. Kakuzu was only cared about money, while Hidan was devoted to sacrificing people for the sake of Jashin.
Hidan did not have the intelligence, but his way of killing people was evil. He would take their blood and conduct a ritual and the person would die horribly. Kakuzu was not far off either; he would steal the hearts of powerful opponents to prolong his life and increase his power.
