A highly-creative Animal Crossing: New Horizons player recently designed their dream Barbie house inside the game. Animal Crossing, the renowned Nintendo exclusive franchise is perhaps best known for its open-ended gameplay and high level of customization. Being a very casual and relaxing game, Animal Crossing: New Horizons allows gamers to collect various items, fish, and engage in a plethora of other interesting activities. Players are also able to design and create almost anything they can imagine on their in-game islands.

Perhaps inspired by the release of the live-action Barbie movie, Reddit user 19netta has fashioned an impressive-looking Animal Crossing home design. The user’s house looks just like a pink paradise reminiscent of the iconic Barbie Dreamhouse. The house’s neon pink and purple exterior looks like it was plucked straight out of one of Barbie’s many animated films and even features a couple of hot pink lawn flamingos. In true Barbie fashion, the luxurious house comes equipped with a front yard inground pool and a private beach with a myriad of pink lawn chairs ready for an impromptu swim party.
Fans of the Barbie movie and Animal Crossing were quick to express their appreciation for the user’s creativity comparing their work to that of a professional interior designer. Another user stated that the pretty in pink house looked like the perfect setting to host a girl’s night in. Among all the praise, another user chimed in to express their wishes and by suggesting that the Animal Crossing creator’s next project should be a rendition of Ken’s Mojo Dojo Casa House. 19netta revealed that the build was made possible by the Happy Homes Paradise DLC (which features many new home design items) and by using the “pop” filter of the in-game camera.
