Ever since the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons a couple of weeks ago, players have been creative in taking advantage of the game's wide variety of customization options. So far, fans have recreated outfits by their favorite celebrities such as Taylor Swift and BTS, while others reenacted their favorite scenes from some of the most disturbing horror films.
Now, it appears that Animal Crossing: New Horizons fans have found a new source of inspiration for their wild creations, this time recreating characters from the famous Netflix series, Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness. Browsing through Twitter right now would reveal the many creations of Animal Crossing: New Horizons fans that merge the video game with Netflix's Tiger King. Twitter user @AndyRockCandy was able to recreate the character of Carol Baskin, who is the infamous owner of Big Cat Rescue from the Netflix show.
The Animal Crossing counterpart of Carol is definitely a faithful recreation, especially the tiger t-shirt. However, the Animal Crossing: New Horizons didn't stop there and even fenced in the villager named Bianca, who is, of course, a tiger, to really sell the Big Cat Rescue reenactment. Of course, given the current popularity of Tiger King right now, it was only a matter of time for fans of the show to recreate their favorite characters in New Horizons.
Apart from Tiger King, Animal Crossing: New Horizons fans previously recreated scenes and characters from iconic horror movies such as The Shining and Midsommar. Now, it is interesting to see, which show or movie would serve as the next inspiration of fans of Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
