Animal Crossing: New Horizons' Nature Day event is now in full swing, and players have the chance to earn a bevy of Nook Miles thanks to some special Nature Day Nook Miles+ activities. One of these special activities is called Send Gratitude with Flowers, and it asks fans to mail some flowers to their friends. For those players that are having some trouble performing this task, this guide will provide full details.

The first step to completing Send Gratitude with Flowers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is to pick some, and that is done by approaching a blooming flower and pressing Y. To be fully clear, players that are trying to complete Send Gratitude with Flowers in ACNH should not be using their shovels to dig up full plants, as those can not be mailed. Picked flowers can be sent, though, and those are what fans should be collecting to earn these Nook Miles.

With a picked flower in hand, the player should then use Animal Crossing: New Horizons' mail system to send it to a villager. To do this, fans should visit Dodo Airlines and interact with the postcards on the rack in the top-right corner. They should then opt to send the card to a resident and select the villager that they would like to mail the flower to. Fans must then select their preferred postcard, and they can enter a nice message if they so choose.

Now, players should select the present icon that can be found near the bottom-right corner of the postcard. Doing this will bring up a fan's pockets, and they can then select the picked flower to add it as a present to the mail. From there, players must simply select "OK!" to mail the flower and complete the Send Gratitude with Flowers activity in ACNH.

With this bit of instruction, players should have little trouble finishing this Nature Day Nook Miles+ activity, and they can then move on to pursuing some of the other new content that was recently added to the game. This new content includes the addition of an art gallery to Animal Crossing: New Horizons as well as the debut of shrubs, and both of these offerings are sure to keep many fans busy for quite some time.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is out now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
